Hello, I have had the same question, I tried to contact with them,sent 2 emails, sent messages on Instagram and Facebook,no answer. I'm not sure anymore if I would buy anything from this company. They have no customer service, no phone, they don't answer. I reached out another company,they answered me in 5 minutes in chat. No videos of this product,no info anywhere, other than their website, but again, it's impossible to reach them out.
