(probably not best to do the assessment on a pillow but i understand you did it for the video). In Egoscue we assess rotation from the side. Not only using photos, but drawing horizontal and a vertical line digitally on the photo. Seeing if one foot is forward of the other can show femur position in relation to the pelvis. Thanks again for the video. Very helpful.

Thank you very much Sir! I have arthritis from about 15 years and my mom is so much under tension about me since I am not able to sit. Following your tutorial, I found I have problem with the Pelvis rotation with symptoms 1. When I stand my pelvis rotates at the right sides. 2. If I forcefully rotates my pelvis, my whole body gets relaxed including my fixated hip. 3. The muscles above the right illium hurts when I touch them (right hip is where my main problem is) which seem to be the clear indication of the problem I am having. 4. When my body relaxes, I have gotten recently some permanent demange to my lower neck area which is actually (it seems) being caused by the Pelvis rotation, gets relaxed. Thank you veryyyyyyy veryyyy much! It seem this video will make a huge difference in my life!!!!

Thank you for this video! I was so confused about posterior vs anterior tilt because I kept reading contradictory explanations. It was so helpful to see this demonstration!

This guy is awesome. This video fully explained to me the measurements and recent exam that another doctor did. I asked him what he was doing and what the very simple looking numbers he wrote down meant buy Somehow he couldn't find the words.

Very informative. One suggestion, why not to ask her to dress better so that it is easier to see the skin and the bony structures during palpation?

Wow, really informative video, thank you! I have one question. To me her pelvis looks slightly rotated in the anterior direction. If it was desired, can the spine be straightened further, and would this lead to minor height gain?

Girl might have a nice looking spine, but she sure shows some genu valgus! Hope those knees are feeling alright.

Hello Matt I have a hip elevation on my right side. I've noticed that my glute on the low side looks quite abit smaller as well as the outside part of the hip and I noticed an indentation on that side. My right sjde looks normal and bigger with more mass on that side of glute and outside of hip. My right shoulder drops and Ive just started experiencing more pain in my back. Do you have any suggestions on how to correct this?
@gracie999998 жыл бұрын
did you find any solutions to this issue? I have the same issue with right hip elevation and glute looking smaller in left side..I'm also having back pain and shoulder issues all in left side.. wondering if you found whether you have posterior or anterior tilt? and what you've done to correct the problem. I'm glad I've found at least some clue as to what's going on. hope you've resolved yours

What kind of stretches can you do for posterior tilt? (pink panther butt) lol thanks a lot !
@GoodEyesight300010 жыл бұрын
Pink panther has anterior pelvic tilt. For anterior tilt the best solution is to do the opposite of all advice and stretch the muscles that are weak and inhibited. so stretch the abs for the front and the glutes/upper hamstrings for the back. This longterm encourages them to strengthen and youll look great;
