Thank you for this!! Preparing for my upcoming 8th graders who will be taking a few high school credits next yeae. 😊We live in a state that requires a PE credit so we'll have to count hours and I'm not looking forward to it!

You've got this! Remember...things like dance, sports, skating, swimming, etc. count!

I definitely don't for elementary years. When my oldest was in 8th grade, I did start keeping a report card and transcript because she was taking some high school classes as an 8th grader. If she hadn't been doing that, I wouldn't have started recording grades until 9th grade.

So what grade do they have to get to get the full credit for the class? How does that work?

They would need to pass the class with a D or higher in order to receive credit for the class.
