The first rule for every comedian is to make fun of themselves first and foremost before they dare make fun of someone else it helps to make jokes about the things you would heart are very most insecure about they won't know that you're insecure about it as the audience but it'll make the best comedy and you won't have to feel so much like you're tiptoeing on a line when you go to make fun of a topic that isn't yourself

@@CBCComedy thank you for this link. Surprising to get past the first comic, Ivan Decker was great, and find four extended length ads with no skip button. After a minute I realized that while I love the CBC and comedy, this isn't worth it. Considering that there would be several more of those excessive ad breaks in the 30 minutes remaining. Flash back to thirty years ago when you had several minutes of ads three or four times during a 30 minute tv show.

I love this bit. It takes a lot of spiritual, emotional and hell, physical strength to carry on despite a condition. Bravo! My grandfather was born without his right hand. He worked for the FBI iirc and it always inspired me someone with a handicap could have such a high position. And here I am thinking I’d kill myself if I lost my dominant hand (being an artist/writer). Makes me reconsider how good I have it.
