Sir, Builder makes pamphlet for selling the flats or property in which he mentions much more amenities. In reality he does not provide. In such case what can customer do. Ex. Solar panel will be fitted for electricty. But in fact he does not provide. What can we do in such condition?

बिल्डर कभीभी उसके फेवर मे ही अँग्रीमेंट मे क्लाँज डालने वाला है।और मेरा भी ये कहना है कभीभी डिफाँल्टर का फ्लॅट खरीदना नही चाहीये उस ग्राहक ने जादा तर मजबुरी मे फ्लॅट छोडा हुवा रहता है,किसीके मजबुरी का फायदा उठाना अछ्छी बात नही है।

सर नमस्ते 1 बीएचके की 12 फॅल्ट कि स्किम है उसमें से 9 फॅल्ट बुकिंग हुये है. मैने भी एक फॅल्ट बुकिंग किया है. एग्रीमेंट भी किया है लेकिन उसमे पझेशन डेट नही लिखा गया. बिल्डिंग का काम परा होने को आया है. पुरा नही हुआ. अभी बिल्डर ने चार लोगों को पझेशन दिया है. उसमे से कई लोगो ने मेरे बाद फॅल्ट बुक किया है लेकिन मैने बिल्डर को वकॅ कंप्लीशन सट्फिकेट (cc) और भोगवटाप्रमाणप्रञ (oc) काॅफी मांगणेपर मुझे पझेशन देने में dealy कर रहा है. रेरा पझेशन डेट 2025 है. इसके बारे में मुझे आपकी राय लगेगी... मै मुन्सिपल कार्पोरेशन या रेरा मे कंम्पलेट कर सकता हु या नही...
