Studies of abusive relationships show women as more frequent provokers, men as more powerful responders, sometimes resulting in physical harm, arrest, etc. It's important men know about this dynamic, and learn to control their reactions. Good tips here for doing that.

I was just thinking today that most of the energy managing social interaction happens in avoidance of certain situations. Better one is at avoiding unwanted situations (but not people), better the social aspect of one's life will be. Since i usually go upfront in a conflict. Rather. I should avoid the situations i dislike in the interactions. That will leave me less time to think negative ways. In other words, instead of always getting in a fight mode in my fight/flight response, as usual, going into flight is effective for a lot of situations.

Wow this is exactly what happened but I didn't have a name for it. I got flooded but I dont have the wearwithal to groble for hours-on- end and apologize for things that I had no control over that triggers him. He claims im a contraction of myself but he is too, although I don't push his nose in it. After all, we all are a contraction of ourselves. I did the flight ✈️ thing instead of the fight thing. Hope my choice was correct.

@@HowCommunicationWorksyour videos have really helped me out alot and i appreciate you its just you used to do higher quality videos . It seems like the time and effort you put in has changed. I dont mean to sound mean or rude i just really thought highly of the longer, higher production quality of your older videos.
