Here's a few more, watch those coconut drinks!!! Coconut is a natural laxative. That made a HUGE difference on my stomach issues. I can't drink a lot of seltzer drinks because the carbonation process actually adds acid to the water, which equals wicked heartburn for me. I also try to find the bars that use fresh fruit juices in the cocktails. I don't consume a lot of sugar at home, so those pre-made cocktail mixes with all that sugar really mess me up. I try not to mix alcohol either. One day I'll have tequila, next day rum etc. The next tip is for those that venture out on excursions. Only drink bottled water and I can't stress this enough, OPEN THE BOTTLE SEAL YOURSELF. Some places will refill the bottles with tap. I've never been so sick in my life. My doctor gave me that tip, and he was right. They gave me a bottle that they had opened.

Great advice. Pre tanning(which I don’t enjoy but makes huge difference in avoiding a horrible sunburn ), electrolytes, and a greens supplement makes the difference for me.

Yes I like greens supplements too but sometimes they bloat me which is no good for the bikini look 🤣🤣. Thanks for watching!!

Thanks for your videos, they have been helpful and entertaining. Hubby and I are leaving in 2 days for Cancun, and i had packed 3 weeks in advance - but then found out it is the only week on the weather radar there will be mostly storms and rain!!! Sooo... i had to alter what I packed, haha. Oh well. We've never been, so we just have to let go of our original expectations and go with the flow. I'm sure we'll have some stories in the end. Thanks again.

Hi. 2 questions. How many times a week should I do the epsom salt bath. And where do you get the electrolyte packets? I couldn’t find them on the website link you provided.
@3Days3Noches8 ай бұрын
Love that you are doing this!! Once a week is great but you can do it as often as you want! They are sold out of the packets right now ugh!! I haven’t found any comparable honestly sometimes I’ll use NUNN that don’t have sugar in it

Awesome video. I think its important to mention when trying to supplement to improve your immune system it is equally important to avoid immune system stressors like inflammatory seed oils and sugar. Keeping inflammation down is key to immune health. Sunburn for example is an auto immune response, so are swollen itchy bug bites. The lower your HCRP and systemic inflammation is the less likely you are to suffer from these.
@3Days3Noches Жыл бұрын
Great point. Yes there are many nuances when it comes to individual immune systems and inflammatory responses!!

Yes!!! This is exactly why I'm trying to find an all inclusive that offers healthy food where I can make choices that don't have seed oils and drink choices that aren't packed with table sugar. Haha. Got any suggestions? I want to pack my own sugar substitutes. Erythritol and local honey , along with my Celtic salt, my own wasabi and organic ginger and coconut aminos( soy sauce substitute) I wonder if I'll be able to swing that 🙏

Thanks for this awesome video! I’m pregnant and thinking of going to Cancun in March. How are the mosquitoes in the Hotel Zone then? Any tips on avoiding mosquitoes out there?

Do you have any videos about how to avoid getting sick when flying? I become nauseated every time I fly. It goes away quickly after I land. In about 20 minutes, I'm fine. I think it's related to the cabin pressurization.
@3Days3Noches Жыл бұрын
I don’t ! But maybe something similar to sea sickness?

@@3Days3Noches Maybe. It's brutal. If the pilot climbs at a steep angle, I know it's going to be bad.

@@devsai21 Thank you. I tried scopalamine on a cruise, but that didn't work out. I was basically blind for a day (blurred vision). It was the first side effect listed on the box.

How can you say you are not giving medical advice when you are directly recommending supplements and certain treatments? That is exactly what you're doing. You claim the supplements and treatments will benefit a person's medical health and you tout the fact that you are certified in holistic wellness to support your recommendations. A holistic wellness coach should not be advising people to take supplements. It is unethical, especially when you are promoting your own essential oil products, the safety and benefits of which there is minimal research for. As you yourself even advise, people should consult their medical doctors and other medical professionals before making those types of decisions. Sadly, you are contributing to medical misinformation because, most likely, you are trying to earn extra income for yourself. This was disappointing considering I appreciated some of your travel review videos.

Thank you so much for this. You have great points and I’m sorry that is the way this came across. I was just sharing what works for me in hopes it might inspire someone to do reset and see what might improve their health. All what you’re saying I appreciate and understand.
