Interesting. Timing is the key. Check out the refina superflex 2 finishing trowel. And ox speedskim. Will flatten the wall in 3 passes

So if I have a relatively good but lightly textured (from wear and tear) and painted wall, you would need to prime it with paint first (to avoid bubbles) and afterwards 1 skimcoat could achieve these results ?

Let put some happy little lines right here 😄 then let take our happy taping blade and remove those happy lines 😊😊. Now lets mix some mud some crimson red, thelo blue and burnt umber and 🎨🖌️🎨🖼️🖌️🎨🖼️🖼️🖼️ geat instructions had to do it 😄😄😄😄

why paper a wall before the skiming as been done, that just makes it harder, also why not use a skimming trowel.

A skimming trowel would be great on a larger wall. But I’m in a tight space in this video. Better to use a smaller tool.
