Mine were always saggy from the time they developed, I think it was just my genetics. I had self esteem issues due to it for many years, thankfully breastfeeding my baby helped me feel much better about them as I shifted away from vanity to utility. However they look, they can do their job so I am happy now :) As a tip, while it is not always feasible, side lying (as in laying down with your baby to your breast) breastfeeding is a great position for my fellow saggy mamas, also a great cuddling position 🥰 I bonded a lot with my first baby that way, even now it's still her favorite cuddle position (though she uses my arm as a pillow now and is weaned so we just cuddle).

I’ve breastfed 3 babies exclusively for 6 months and then continued for 2 years or more with each. My breasts shrunk back to previous size as nursing was discontinued. No sagging. I didn’t gain extra weight, so maybe that helped 🤷♀️
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, thanks a lot for sharing this with us! 😊 Not gaining extra weight can definitely help to keep the "sagging effect" at a minimum! However, we do know many women who complain about saggy breasts although they have not gained any extra weight during their pregnancy either. That said, we are very sure that there is a big subjective factor involved: most women tend to be over-critical about their bodies, particularly after a pregnancy. So, maybe, that plays a role too... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your little ones!! ❤️

Well good for you but this isn’t the case with everybody. Guess you had no breast at all before pregnancy
@Rene-uz3eb4 ай бұрын
I think this may be PC inaccurate as it seems you can't get proper info anywhere. But we know that if you breastfeed, while doing so milk keeps being produced, whereas if you do not, milk production quickly stops. So it seems clear that stretching tissue for a short while would have much less impact than for 6 months plus mechanical wear and tear.
@CareAboutLittleOnes4 ай бұрын
Hi there 😊, we understand the logic behind what you are saying. And to some extent, it is certainly correct! However, the "problem" here is (mostly) not the mechanical wear and tear. The "problem" is that during your pregnancy, your body starts to transform your breast into - well - essentially a milk-producing organ if you will 😊. Most importantly, the body starts producing more milk ducts and they branch out to become a complex "feeding system" for your baby. And THAT is what can make your breasts saggy in the first place...

What about weight gaining while breastfeeding? And how to lose weight without affecting milk supply?
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there, normally, the weight loss after your pregnancy does not affect your milk supply. An exception is when you try one of those extreme-postpartum-weight loss diets. We had several cases of women who had issues with their milk supply after trying one of those diets... That's probably because breastfeeding requires A LOT of energy. If your body does not get that energy (such as is the case with those extreme diets), it will probably not be able to produce enough milk... Normally, you will lose weight only by the fact that you breastfeed alone. In rare cases, a woman may also gain weight when she breastfeeds. This can be related to genes or when she gives in to cravings. Breastfeeding women can have LOTS of cravings, because breastfeeding requires so much energy... And most of the times, it's cravings for unhealthy things and candies. If you give in, you may increase the caloric intake to a level where you are no longer losing weight, but gain weight... Does this information help? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Ive always been a small person weighing roughly 115lbs as a young adult. I got pregnant with my first baby and gained the assumed weight for my first and second trimester eating pretty healthy and doing the same activities i did befor pregnancy. My third trimester how ever i blew up. I went up to 180lbs as well as my cup size going from a large "A" cup to a "DD". My doctor was shocked but didnt really give me any reason or help give guidence. After having baby it was really really hard to lose any of the pre-baby weight and this repeated with every child i had, my fourth and last child i went into delivery weighing 200lbs on a 5'2 petite frame. I breast fed all my children because i was told it was better for the baby and because it aids in losing the baby weight. This did not happen in my case as it took 4 years after my last baby to get down to 135lbs still a far cry from 115lbs. My breast have went up and down in size like a yo-yo over the years and the skin is very loose. I was hoping this video would give tips on tighting up sagging breasts caused by having children

I breastfed three children with very large breasts with no change to them, but then I started pumping exclusively for my fourth and I was pumping 20ozs out of one breasts and 10ozs out of the other every 3 hours, my breasts suffered. Then exclusively pumped for my 5th, stayed the same. Breastfeeding my 6th now, got worse.
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
@@ASmith-jn7kf Hi there! The advantage of breastfeeding is that your baby (normally) removes all milk from one breast before you continue on the other side. With a breast pump, the situation is different: you pump and pump and pump and you still don't know if your breast is empty or if the pump is just not as capable of removing your milk as your baby is. As a result, it can happen that not both breasts are used to the same extent as when you breast feed your baby. Thus the difference in the supply between both breasts...

Does it possible to deliver twins through normal delivery? Please make video for this.
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, yes, it is absolutely possible to do that! But in general, it depends on two things: 1. The position of your babies (we need twin A to be in a cephalic presentation; twin B can be breech because twin B often turns during labor after twin A was born). 2. You have to find a doctor who is willing to let you try. Unfortunately, some doctors will tell you that they don't support vaginal deliveries with twins. It very much depends on your country, hospital and doctor. If your doctor says no, although there are no medical reasons for it, you may wanna get a second opinion.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your little ones!! ❤️

Start eating more animal fats and proteins to keep you fuller for longer and try cut down the calories. I bet you burn loads just looking after baby so just shake up your diet, might take 3 months to see results but you'll start feeling better after a few weeks. 💜
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, first of all, thanks a lot for your feedback!! We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful!! 😊 Regarding your question: Please note that normally, if you breastfeed your baby, you will automatically burn extra calories each day because breastfeeding requires a lot of energy! Some women complain that this is not true and that they actually GAIN weight rather than loosing it. However, this is often the case when they give in to cravings. Cravings are very typical when you breastfeed because your body needs so much energy. So, if you don't have time to exercise, "all" you need to do is continue to breastfeed your baby, don't give in to cravings and, very important, eat a healthy diet consisting of lots of vegetables and fruits! You are so busy as a new mom that you normally really don't need to worry about loosing weight when you do the things we just mentioned.... @@AftabKhan-nu3bn Doing the exercise while you breastfeed does not harm your baby. But it could interfere with the feeding process. So, what COULD happen is that too much milk flows into your baby's mouth. And then it could be difficult for your baby to swallow it so fast. Therefore, we kindly ask you to observe your baby while you do these exercises. If you observe that baby has a hard time to swallow because of a fast milk flow, then we recommend stopping the exercise while you feed your baby... We hope this helps ;-)

Hi, is it normal if your breasts are visibly different in size while breastfeeding??? My right breast has been wayyyy smaller and softer than my left boob ever since I started breastfeeding... It also doesn't produce milk the same way as my left breast does ,I can barely pump it out and I'm started to lose hope and getting more and more frustrated 😭💔 I have lumps in my breast but was told it's FA and I will be able to breastfeed... What do I do ????
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, first of all, please note that it is totally normal to have different sizes (this applies no matter if you breastfeed or not). 😊 When a breast is considerably smaller and does not seem to produce as much milk as the other one, then it is normally because baby has a preference (i.e. the bigger one). This comes naturally if that breast provides your baby with milk more easily. However, because of that, the problem "gets worse", as the breast is likely to produce less milk because of the lack of demand. The only "way out" is to feed your baby primarily from this breast, GIVEN that the above is indeed the problem. That said, please also keep in mind that the lumps could cause the problem. If you have lumps, it does not mean that you cannot breastfeed in general. However, it may be more difficult for that breast to produce and provide milk. Unfortunately though, this is something that only your doctor can tell you after a thorough checkup. Should there not be a medical problem, try to primarily feed your baby from your smaller breast to increase the demand. This won't be easy initially, as your baby will find it harder to remove milk from that breast. So, you'll have to start small and then increase the feeding sessions on that breast. And then, of course, we can also wholeheartedly recommend that you talk to a breastfeeding consultant! They are experienced and can give you feedback after observing your feeding. They can come up with much better advice than we here... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi guys, Your videos are amazing!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I noticed couple of weeks ago that my left breast is not lactating as much as before, but my right breast is still producing much milk making it heavier and rounder. When I pump, just a little trickle from left breast (about 10-20ml) but the right fills the bottle and some more left. Is this normal? Can it be fixed?😊
@CareAboutLittleOnes2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 😊, first of all, thanks so much for your feedback!! We are very happy that you find our content helpful!! 😊😘 Regarding your question: Many women have the same problem: one breast produces (much) more milk than the other one. There can be many reasons for that: There can be medical reasons (but they are EXTREMELY rare). It can be a matter of milk glands and ducts (not all of them have the same size). So, it could be that one of your breasts has a different "setup" than the other one. 😊 But most of the times, it is a matter of demand (and subsequently, supply). This is very often the case when a baby prefers one breast over the other. The breast which is being favored will always produce more milk than the other one. Not sure if you have observed that your little one prefers one breast over the other? In any case, the solution to this problem is NORMALLY to increase the demand for milk for the one breast that produces less milk. So, ideally, you let your baby remove milk from that breast first before you continue on the other side. Alternatively, you can also (regularly throughout the day) use a breast pump to "teach" your breast that the demand is increasing. When you use a breast pump, make sure that you let your little one suckle on that breast first. It will increase the oxytocin in your body and that will make the milk flow more easily. Otherwise, you can end up pumping for hours with little results... So again, increasing the demand will NORMALLY help. On top of that, we can also recommend talking with a breastfeeding consultant (not sure if this is an option where you are based). But their feedback can be very helpful! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
