What's that in your pocket. Show me!" Alan Jr: "It's nothing, dad! It's just- it's... Shaving gel and... a- a razor. The other guys from a school told me about it. Alan, I am a big fan. You are genuine and make great sense. I am 67 years old and have been "heavy lifting" for six years. I put that in quotes, because , my PR deadlift is 275. As I never had a power lifter body, I am pretty happy with that. Regarding weight, I believe that heavy lifting and muscle mass are a great tool to having a stable weight at my age. My weight has not really varied since starting heavy lifting 6 years ago. Regarding your "ands", I have a mental trick for that. I floss and brush right after dinner. I am too lazy to eat a snack then floss and brush again. It works!! Thanks for your videos.

Fun fact: Eggs by nature have a protective bag as well, that protects them so good that they wouldn't need refrigeration. The US just scrubs and washes taht top layer away in production, removing the protection, hence the need for refrigeration. Not all countries do though. Here in Germany the protective layer is kept, and hence here the egg packages are sold in normal shelves in the store.

But...but...but Huffington Post told me that chicks dig the dad bod!
@aurourus68945 жыл бұрын
It's not about dad bod or 6 pack. It's just about an attractive face, as long as your face is attractive you will look great with any physique.
@JoeyCentral5 жыл бұрын
Aurourus that’s bullshit. A chick isn’t going to go out with a dude with dad bod no matter how good his face is. Trust me I get chicks all the time and I don’t have the best face. My body on the other hand...it’s enough trust me.

Joey Central bullshit dude, a good looking guy with a dad-bod, especially if he has a great personality or money will get chicks. You just want to think that because you probably work hard to maintain your 6 pack. Good for you but it’s not the only way.
@JoeyCentral5 жыл бұрын
@@jonw1235 Never said it was the only way my dude. Personality is something that can be learned quite easily, if I might add. It's very easy to guise yourself even if it's not your personality type. As for money, who said that is going to be an issue for me? Believe me, getting rid of your fat and improving your diet will work wonders in improving your looks. Most of the ugly dudes that I encounter are usually fat / skinny-fat and/or lack a diverse nutrient diet. Once you take care of that, the rest will sort itself out.

I feel validated about the eggs thing. A good diet for the chickens means better eggs.
