when formatting your switch using hekate, before doing that, can you get your game save files and after you are done formatting, can you use checkpoint to restore the game files?

So I have a problem, I accidentally injected a random save for pokemon scarlet. I already had a previous save prior to this one and sadly didn't use checkpoint or jksv to back up. Did I just lose my save file that was already in the console? Or is there a way to get it back? I know that's the whole point of those apps but I didn't know id do something stupid like this. Which I'm not too bummed out about but if I can get it, cool.

deym, I can finally back up my save data specially on Monster Hunter Rise - Sunbreak , when I fcked up my switch had to wipe my emummc back from scratch.
