I'm taking this recovery plan for 30 days its easy for me to do these things if I take this decision to do so I've started to become depressed since I was in 8th standard 🙃 and now I'm applying for universities and I still have depression even if I achieve so high i still struggle so now I'll have to work on growing like you gave example of a plant 🪴 I will treat myself like it I won't cut it like I get thoughts to now I'll be that be that version of me that I most desire and deserve❤❤ and everyone deserves thank you psychologist For helping me I wanna be a psychologist/psychiatrist too

Mam mujhe IBS ki problem h aur m sb follow kr rha hu exercise,yoga, pranayama, meditation, homefood lekin phir bhi gas bhut banti h kahne ke baad aur constipation h
