Good stuff mate! We think very much a like. 👍 I think there is alot of freedom when I have things scheduled and prepped. I’m 100% more likely to follow the plan than get distracted and mess everything up 😆 Good stuff!

Nice idea about prioritising a workout each day, I hadn't thought of it like that. I like the scheduling idea (I don't always do it), and the prepping.

Thanks Ossian! Something else I didn't mention was if your prioritise one, then if something comes up at home so you can't get both in at least you know which one is more important to fit in. In hindsight I should have put up an example of how I schedule. It's definitely worth it . What's your training like at the minute?
