Madam I'm suffering with cough with mucus throat pain tonsilities pain infections inflammation. Please help me madam. Tell advice

Doing yoga will definitely benefit you in your cough & throat pain.Your doctor will be the best person to guide you for tonsils, infection & inflammation. You also should drink turmeric milk & take steam if the doctor allows you to do so.
