How to bathe a SCARED dog! (American Bully)

In this video, I go over how to bathe a scared dog! My American bully usually hates bath time and I finally found a way for him not to be scared of the water. Most pit bull owners or dog owners in general have a hard time cleaning their dogs because they refuse to get in the water. I found the easiest way to clean them is by taking them outside and using a water hose!

My neighbor died a while ago and left behind his Beautiful mixed dog. He has fleas and he's really nervous and I want to shower him, he's taken care of by some other neighbors. (They feed and move him around to his sleeping area) I hope this goes well, I'm just trying to build up trust first

ahhh yes 4:32 don't be afraid to manhandle your dog that was perfect you moved him about beautifully people are so scared to use their bodies when directing their dogs i have two female red nose and one of those frankenstein bullys fromn the ny bully crew rescue they love each other and you can learn a lot by watching them interact with each other its like a hockey game lots of bumpin and checking no aggression its just how dogs are they are physical i am not sayin beat your dog but use your legs, feet etc...to move them when they need to be moved they hold no ill will great vid buddy

My dog barks every time I bring out the hose just to water plants. I don't understand why he does this. Your dog is so well behaved! I think my Pit is really afraid of water. I've tried bathing him inside and outside and either way it's a challenge. Idk what to do.

This is my big issue. He keeps trying to bite the water and hose pipe. I stay back in case he tries to bite me because he is very nervous! Great video

Man this help so much it's so hard outside or inside cause it's winter but inside he maks a water mess and makes my whole bathroom dirty and then I gotta re clean my bathroom

Nice video but i am not sure can be use on my dog or not . my dog is Viet Nam dog . his age is 1.5 years , he had sterilization on April . After sterilization he became to afraid of taking bath and not allow me to touch while taking bath .He's ready to attact me if water and my hands touch his body . I don't know the reason why he hates bath and touch . When he dry I can touch his body easy . I am really stress because of my dog ..Please share and give me an advice from you about my dog ? Good idea with that pumice stone type thing before the wash. I use an oatmeal based one too bc of allergies. Does that hose water get warm to do in the winter months? I give mine baths in the tub and hes okay with n.v it now, but at first, I muzzled him. Now he likes it and will even sit in the water so his butt can soak. I keep the water tepid, warm but not hot. And he sits and enjoys it. And you're right, they smell like wer dog, and then shampoo later. Good video.
