I used to own my own restaurant in NW Illinois. Made jerky burgers that were phenomenal. 2 ingredients and could prep 30 1/4lb patties in 10 minutes. 3 simple finish items to serve and it knock the socks off EVERY person that bought one.

Pepper Jack is the schiznit! I live in the Monterey Bay Area and love it on my baked potatoes, in a cheese sauce over fresh steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts (just don't be in the same elevator the next day), but I especially love it melted into my scrambled eggs and/or phat omelette.

For those that *don't have a meat grinder* , I'm pretty sure they still sell ground up beef jerky. They come in little containers, made to look like dip tobacco. They're probably full of additives, but there's not much store-bought jerky out there that isn't.
@bbqpitboys7 жыл бұрын

I never thought of using ground jerky as a spice. It sounds good. The list of stuff from the Pit Boys for me to try is getting very long! This is one list I don't mind working on. :) P.S. I just had to edit because I realized that this recipe added two items to the list. I have to make the jerky first!
