Hi Chris, thanks for the great tip! Do you know how one can keep the formatting used for the meeting content invitation? In using the above method the text loses all spacing, coloring, etc.

I am not sure I know what you mean? Unless it is that you have the mail editor setup for rick text instead of HTML.

There can be some issues with tracking remember not all recipients are going to be using Exchange for email.

What about just adding the recipients as Resources? I tried and I can't view the other recipients, though I'm not sure if there are other impact for this method.
