well to be fair ... anyone buying a bike from a supermarket or hardware store seriously needs to be warned. These things are often so poorly made that it is dangerous to drive them. Some german TV channel once did a comparison, and put a 200€ bike in a bikepark. It took around one half ride until both brakes were completely wrecked and before the finish of the very first run, the fork broke into two pieces. So ... seriously, don't buy the very cheapest crap at anything related to your safety.

The Chick' Version (add ons to Original:) Taking pride in coveted Dirt Tan, bike shorts tan lines, bruised shins, calloused hands, owning large calves, and solid quads, unable to fit into women's jeans properly because you actually have muscles in your legs AND an ass! Teasing those with noob grease tattoos, raving about singletrack like it was a designer drug, eyes lighting up for blue anodized nipples, realising it's ok to 'farmer blow', gaining a huge collection of racing T-shirts that are too big for you cuz they're always mens sizes, checking rims, tires, nipples and tubes for grams, (rolling weight!!) mastering the art of home made energy bars, spending more cash on night lights than rent, making sure your boyfriend is mechanically inclined AND rides, so he can be training partner AND tech support at the races you're kicking ass in ~ and any city, town, hamlet you travel to ~ the first place you go is the local bike shop to meet your friends for life.

why is step 18 & 19 missed out and blurred with a droning string over the top of it???

Cause with several years of hindsight it was pretty offensive.

The original video had a thing where they made a joke using a transphobic slur that's also used as a biking term, and with the imagery of a feminine man. The joke was quite offensive, so they removed it.
