thank you for posting these videos. every interaction ive had with people ever since I started watching you has been with intention. I've been focusing on myself already, but this pushed me to do it more so - really focus on building myself so I have more to offer when the time comes to get with the right guy. if there are some learnings and observations I've concluded lately, it's these: - always do everything with intention, talking, walking, every. thing. - your time is so precious, it helps to have a rigid routine for yourself with immovable and movable time slots - when I have limited time for people, they treat me better and put in more thought for our hangouts and convos - if you don't have anything of yourself, how can you say you'll be putting anything on the table for your partner? - what you project is what you'll receive, I only ever talk about interesting topics, never gossip or such, thus people know I will only talk about interesting topics (this varies but the point is every convo isn't about other people or about unnecessary topics that aren't stimulating) - your conduct as a lady matters, you're a woman you shouldn't really act like a man and don't have to, men respect you more if you conduct yourself as such - going to places alone is really fun if you have peace in yourself to truly enjoy what's around you - reading is great for learning, helps you have great convos with others - be valuable to others without draining yourself, it feels great as a woman to serve others around you but not in a way that dries you out - be strategic with this - the way you dress also matters, people really do treat you better when you look put together, you don't have to be a model but you should look very well put together. don't need to have pounds of makeup on your face but to dress with pieces that make you look nice, have accessories that elevate you, wash yo face, etc. things like that these are some things I've picked up consciously or unconsciously from these vids, reading more books, and changing my demeanor towards men in general, life has improved like crazy, I'm much more content with myself, thank you tom :)

Watch out for the affirmation thing; in my case with my husband. I encouraged him and followed him to different states with his career. He became successful after much drama. Once successful, he got lots of attention. He then went looking for a younger woman. He became kind of an arrogant jerk.

What if guys are thinking that ladies will get turned off if the guy is too into them? The guy that I’m talking to said that in the beginning. He said once he falls for a girl, the girl isn’t interested anymore. I told him that’s messed up and I have never heard that before. He swears by it.
