www.BedrosKeuil... presents: How to be a Real Man
How do you show up as a man? Do you suffer in silence, always walking on eggshells, act passive-aggressive, and eventually become hostile towards those around you?
Instead of dealing with your issues head-on, do you suppress those feelings and bury them deep down inside, hoping they'll go away?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that this is unhealthy and not a real man's behavior. The truth is, your current status is no way to live life and will eventually collapse around you.
In today's Empire episode, Bedros Keuilian explains the characteristics of a real man, what you can do to gain confidence in your own skin, why looking for validation from others detrimental, ways to address the trauma in your past, how to destroy a negative belief system, and so much more.
"Go and do the deep work. Go figure out what your limiting factors are. Fix them. You're not broken. You're just not completely healed yet." -Bedros Keuilian
Here’s what you don’t want to miss:
6:45 Why most men lead lives of quiet desperation
7:39 How men can heal the trauma in their lives
8:49 Why men self-sabotaging and never deal with their issues
11:26 How to hunt and destroy negative belief systems
12:10 How medicating will destroy your drive and creativity
13:11 Why you might need to suck it up and get therapy
14:30 How being broken will impact your entire life
17:26 How your sense of self-worth developed as a child
18:50 Why real men are savage but also servants
21:05 The types of men with emotional scars
21:50 The kinds of conversations that cause a ripple-effect

my uncle told me to constantly do these five things to always feel like a man: 1. honor your word 2. take responsibility for your actions 3. practise defending yourself (boxing, wrestling, shooting a gun, etc.) 4. help someone at least once a week, *but* don't be afraid to confront them if they try to take advantage of you, and don't overextend yourself because not everything is in your control 5. never go longer than a month without [___]ing a woman unless your devoutly religious, and your religion forbids pre-marital sex. he also said that i would add more things to the list as i self-defined what makes a man a man, but to never stop doing these five. he was 100% CORRECT!

I feel that #5 has significant machismo, plus I do not believe that in order to be a man one must be heterosexual or only have sex with women. I would change this point to: "5. Find a partner in which you can experience constant support of each others wellbeing, for the purpose of experiencing a comfortable, healthy, and ultimately a happy relationship; love... Other than that, #1-4 are solid points!

@Joey Tour i replied to you with a lengthy response, but our youtube overlords deleted my comment.😒 anyway, point #5 was not about romantic relationships! it was about ensuring that one seeks out sexual release, and doesn't end up sexually frustrated.

@@yesihavealastname1562 That sucks! And well I suppose that makes more sense, expressing our sexual aspect in healthy ways is something crucial to men (and to women) without a doubt

Same bro. So I started Jiu Jitsu last year and I'll be starting MMA this year to push me out of my comfort zone My strategy is to become an absolute animal and this includes doing Nofap as well. Both traing an nofap gave me a certain animalistic energy which the girls can't help but love. I was actually surprise by how well I was received by woman after what I would consider a small transformation compared to my end goal Hard work but worth it.

The more I have been listening to men about what it takes to be a man, the more I start to hear that a balance between masculine and feminine traits is important: on one hand you need to be strong, tough, a provider and protector, and on the other hand you need to be kind, empathetic, supportive. Thanx for the great vid!

Real men are not so fucking attached to things i think. Wich means they are more free in the mind and also humble as a result. Wich also means that they can feel emotion and express emotion without it just being a reaction to the external world. Women are more reactive. But also responsibility and work and disciplin is mostly what makes a real man in my eyes. This whole alpha thing is very black and white sometimes and in reality is not black and white.

I have started to speak in the general with people because I’ve seen how many people turned Me down and didn’t care when I was hurting and now I am at that stage which he spoke of “speaking about the weather” or something else because with personal questions I do not answer to them anymore.
