I'm a Earth Science major in college, I am pursuing a career in Paleontology. A scientist to me is someone who studies the natural world "paleontologist, astronomer, physicist, biologist, geologist, chemist, etc." Now, this is a basic definition of "scientist" for not all scientists study the natural world. For example you have Archaeologists, sociologists, political scientists, forensic scientists, engineers, etc. Basically, anyone can be a scientist no matter who they are or where there from. In fact, you don't need to have a job as one, for you are one! Everyone is a scientist in the sense that they want to figure things out and that they are curious about the world around them!

You're by nature, it's not something you can become really. If you do it for the cash, you will only waste your time. And you work basically all the time. I was a scientist too, was because I finished my work. I took an impossible task and solved it. Something everybody can benefit from. I found the answer why everything exists.💪😎👍
