Once I met a guy just like that. My boyfriend brought me to one of those meetings for Hare Krishna followers. The manipulator was giving his empty speech and talking a lot of BS about the shape of the Universe. When I was there I argued with the guy and made a lot of questions and that's when he realized I didn't fall on his "psychoogical trap". My boyfriend then hated my behavior and didn't want me to question the fellow he considered a "master". LOL Months later we broke up and he joined the sect.... Later I found out that the "master" was from Argentina, used a fake ID and had been arrested for sexual abuse of the children he had attracked to the sect and to his "temple".

He had a brother with autism. He also changed his way of dealing with his youngest brother. Even with another brother and his parents the behavior was unbearable. His mother called and he wouldn't pick up her calls; he would spend hours in that temple listening to all that BS. Then, came the last drop of absurdities: he went to India where he spent 5 years! He was then bald, dressed like an idiot Hare Krishna and spent days meditating... Now he was super slim and seemed only exhausted. He met me and came to tell how "wonderful and perfect India was". When I questioned him many things concerning India he changed the topic to the devil knows what.... Seriously...my cousin was more than shocked when she realized how he had changed. We all loved him and admired him lots.... He was now a complete stranger, brainwashed and obsessed with the sect and its teachings.... I saw him years ago, in 2012, if I am not mistaken. I am happy he didn't see me. I felt pure compassion for him. He seemed sad and lost among so many strangers in the shopping mall. I knew him since I was 11 years old. I had him as my best friend too. That sect destroyed him and his future and robbed him from his family, friends and from those who love him. 😢💔 These evil sects should be closed for good and their leaders arrested.
