Gosh Larissa is so inspiring!! “There’s a difference between being being professional and just doing things to get experience and losing yourself in the process” is wonderful advice. I’ve been having a hard time wrapping my brain around what the best kind of work experience is, because my GOAL is work in a new place every year or two to gain pastry experience so I can one open a restaurant/bakery, but my mom, uncle, grandparents, etc are all concerned about how that will look on a resume. I feel validated hearing Larissa talk about the new definition of loyalty in a workplace- it’s not about building status in a place you could care less about, it’s about finding a place and people you want to work for and be loyal to. In this generation, I think attitude is everything, and you become more valuable the more you learn about your personal strengths. If you stop learning, move on! Love it! I hope we see Larissa in more vlogs soon!

I find it cool how we hold people accountable now online...but tons of people are missing the point of growth. Some people just get 'cancelled' forever even tho they grew and didn't ever do it again. Even doing more (different) things wrong gets stacked up for them by the internet community. We have the accountability but not the recognition for getting better or being human. So it is still super toxic. Like...look at the drama comment sections. The ones that are on the side of "people can grow" rarely comment there. There is so much 'apology is fake' and assumption kinda stuff out there. Super sad when you look at it and the root for that psychologically.
