@doge fm i also pray rosary and it is very powerfull thing. I like all this stuff with self development but i think it is worthless without something deeper, and as a christian i believe my success is being child of God and to surrender my will to His, and with that i will be able to do progress in life, relations, career etc. Also knowing that He loves us without any success. I feel, without Him it all would be empty, but with Him on the first place it all is on the right place. God bless you guys

Today I had a writing exercise I am using for my new book in progress, and I had trouble doing before and I cleaned up super good, I just sat for hours only listening to some stoic lessons sometime and I had autophagy food and then suddenly I was able to fully understand the exercise and wrote 7 seven lines for my poem and the lines are AMAZING, I am writing the rest of the poem tonight when most people are asleep. I am about quality not quantity and understand that it is not race for complete great work.

Great video! I love the idea of mind-storming. I've heard others do what they call open-brain writing. I do a hybrid of the two which is more of a thought journal. I'll pose a question, and then proceed to answer it in essay form. It's difficult to figure out what you want and how to get there (for me at least), so I've found these journals tremendous for self-awareness and focus. I've written a letter to my present self from my 10-years-in-the-future-self which was an interesting exercise. You warn yourself of the obstacles you'll face on the road to success, but at the same time you are internalizing that success is inevitable. When you then encounter an obstacle or setback on your journey, it seems familiar, you know you'll get past it and move on.

Hi Nikhil! For the first time I stumbled upon your video. I'm not much of a motivational video watching person, I believe, if I'm motivated enough to watch a video how can I not be motivated enough to just work on my full capacity? But this is so far the best igniting video any enthusiastic mind can watch, your soothing voice with your apt articulate simply aggravates the quality of your content, justifying your efforts you've put in, in research. I respect your hard work Nikhil Pandey! Thank You for being the voice of practicality and sheer diligence. 🙂 Glad to hear your ideas.

#1 I stopped morning exercises after i realised that it wasted the benefit of having a clear mind after waking up, which helps me a lot with concentration. When i work out my brain already collects many informations (surroundings etc) which makes it harder to concentrate. Would you still have a morning exercise instead of a later one? #2 What rules do you have for the selection of the books you read? Which books are wasted time and which not? After having read many books about philosophy, NLP, learning methods (pomodoro, speed reading, etc), etc i feel like many books are just repetitions or not helpful for my purpose. Do you mean by "reading" to get the content or more to do the activity? #3 often when i am into meditation my mood changes to, lets say less ambitious, because i relax and enjoy myself. I often read that it is necessary that the brain has a strong motiv why it should memorize stuff. How do you connect these moods?

Hi :). I have got an idea about which you could talk about, since you are the perfect for this job. The thing is that Swami Vivekananda said that he could read many books in one night, often without even opening them and that he could memorise whole pages. Which Nikola Tesla claimed too that he could remember whole books just from the top of his mind. I am hugely passionate about these two men and am pleasing you to make a video about this kind of topic. Appreciate you very very much.
