1. Identify what matters to you 2. Plan ahead of time 3. Change yourself dialogue 4. Present yourself well 5. Like yourself first 6. Do more interesting things 7. Say something nice 8. Be genuinely interested in others 9. Work on your delivery 10. Dont take rejection personally 11. Practice on smaller things 12. Dont be discouraged (Be patient) 13. Evaluate your progress

I use my social anxiety to fuel me in the gym. My issue is I have an extremely hard time preventing myself from freezing up and hyperventilating in conversations. I look nervous all.the.time. It is so difficult to conquer this thought mentality. By far the biggest challenge I have yet to figure out.

@@SocialConfidenceMastery Too long, today I felt better, tried interacting with ppl when I really didn’t want to at the gym. I’d say about a solid 10 years. Seems like it works in my favor whenever I just initiate the convo before I get far into my head.
