Your videos helped me in my time of confusion. I stay in Delhi far away from my family. I was always in a conflict whether to carry my professional life here in Delhi or move back home and do something I want to. As I started watching your videos, I have found a lot of clarity on what I want. Thank you for existing with such guidance and humour ❤.

What abt 40s ? 😅 For me as soon as I crossed 40s , I started caring less abt everything other than family … It is a very liberating feeling … I don’t take stress abt anything anymore … I just think if I can do something or not , if not I just move on … no self pity , no comparison

Feel good video !! You guys always try to bring a better perspective to see the life but coming to the philosophical angle of your video.. How can one accept the reality as it is ?? in reality how we guys are, predominantly we feel dull , boring , discontented, stressfull and from here the expectation starts such that we can make our current state more joyous, contented, satisfied but on achieving whatever we have expected, sooner we realise the dullness, boring, restlessness still persist. So, i think life itself has no meaning we humans provide meaning to it bcz we are suffering constantly someway or the other , by providing meaning to the life consciously or subconsciously we are searching for something that could satiate our thirst once and for all.... hence in reality we try different things in different domains to get satisfied, joyous, stressfree but nothing remains for long so is this video, the more we try the more we get caught in this vicious circle. I think we should rather address the hollowness, restlessness, discontentment, loneliness we feel when we are with ourselves........"root cause" should be understood before coming to any superficial solution. Just my view Anyway cheers !! 🥂😅

Thank you for the amazing comment, Aditya! You are absolutely right. Reality isn’t boring or dull or anything as a matter of fact, Reality just ‘is’. It’s neutral. :) Everything else is a label that we put on Reality! This sounds ‘nihilistic’, but that, too, will also be a label that we’ll put on Reality. If you stop trying to define Reality then you will finally start flowing with it, and, your suffering will cease. Keep watching and supporting! :)

@@GabblinEveryother guy has their own reality in their mind, reality is so subjective and that's why people on a particular problem react in their own ways..... And the way we see reality decides the level of our suffering or joy, so how can we say we should not define reality, looking at the reality from a different perspective helps us to lower our sufferings.... And coming to your point "if we will not define reality we will be finally flow with it and suffering will cease" Here's my answer - if we'll not define reality, we will remain in illusions (imagination) which is created by our mind and predominantly it is far away from reality hence conflict generates..and we suffer. As a matter of fact we don't see the reality as it is hence we suffer. And foremost thing is we can't see the reality as it is until and unless we get rid of our cognitive biases or being aware of it whenever it arises. In one words I can say we have to remove the "mental conditionings" which is layered upon our mind since childhood and through this conditioning/biases we perceive this world and since our perception is coming from our conditioning/biases so it will always be a distorted one as opposed to reality hence conflict and suffering... I think removing the layers of our conditioning/ biases is the only solution that will aid us to see the reality as it is consequently there will be no conflict between our inner world (mind) and outer world. And also outer world is nothing but a projection of our own inner world, therefore once our inner world (biases) gets cleared off the barriers or conflict between inner world and outer world ceases to exist. Hence freedom, joy, fulfillment, stress-free life will come into the picture. Anyway again cheers !! 🥂 😅

I love this episode. One of your best ones. :) The realization that Raghu had in the park towards the end was an awesome moment! It shows that we keep chasing what we want without understanding what we need. And perhaps this is also a cause of stress in our lives. Wonderful video Team Gabblin. :)
