Thanks for the memory tips :). What about sleep hygiene? Is practicing music at night influencing the quality of sleep? I try to improve my sleep routine as well as practice at the moment. Have been having trouble falling asleep and sleeping longer hours, I even cut down all caffeine intake

Thank you for this information. Any tips on staying focused while performing. I sometimes find my mind wandering a bit. Not nervous energy, more anxious energy. Hope this makes sense.

My best thought here is to check back in with the music itself and your experience of it! You may need to experiment to see what works for you.
