I am not American or a black woman, but I really love this channel. I doubt it's a prerequisite for enjoying the videos. The ladies are so genuine and I often find their points of view lucid, mature, intelligent, very honest and nuanced. Not all channels are this down to Earth, or actually feel relatable. Thank you for being yourselves, just as you are. You are lovely.

The comparison thing is real. I also stopped scrolling on my feed. It helps. I totally relate to Jessie Woo. Working through this in therapy helps a lot. Or with a friend, etc. And someone calling Jessie Woo ugly is crazy. Like what?

Those blue nails on her skin look so pretty.. and damn that beautiful girl even speaking about getting a BBL goes to show that she is what people want to be. The media sensationalized the naturally curvy black womans body. Social media is scary to have these women thinking this way too. Great topics

Y'all should cover colourism, texturism and how beauty standards affect black women.
