In a democratic "capitalist" economy. Diversity can only come when funding is democratized. You can have the most innovative idea in the world. However, if your competition holds all or a controlling share of the capital. You idea will never see the light of day, or at least not with you and your community benefiting. Just a thought☮️

They have investment mandates and passively buy stocks that fit the narritive and are often MC weighted. It's not active management funds and therefore the mandate doesn't allow them to be activist investors (unlike a Carl Icahn)
