I don't think anyone would realistically pass The Hunter Exam with Killua or Hisoka running around, especially Killua. Hisoka's a bastard but he at least was willing to mostly follow the rules. Killua seems more likely to kill unprovoked in the first exam (just ask Bodoro). By the time he re-takes the exam, he screws over everyone else before they even get a chance to fight their opponents.

​@@dansmith1661 actually, he did that because he wanted to finish the exam early because he needed to be back at Greed Island or else he would be disqualified in the game. If he spared some participant, there's a chance that there would be a phase 2 which will lengthen the exam time.
