Ya practice parrying on the guardians? A few tips... Point blank parry is death. Stand about a couple crates back, use the noise to help time the sheild punch, and practice a lot on normal guardians before doing ToTS with parry for real. But your methods are pretty good too. Other than that, this was very helpful. Thanks mah dude.

@@alexivonspeed My excuse is that my clumsy ass wasn’t ever going to beat the Final Trials blind first try, second try, third try-hell, even fourth, fifth, and so on-so at some point after a million deaths I would’ve figured out what to expect just by brute force and it would basically be the same result as watching this tutorial anyway. Only difference is with this tutorial I get there faster instead of delaying the inevitable. I think it’s pretty bulletproof logic; I’m really not all that good and don’t have time for hours and hours of attempts lol

I was also killed the first time I recorded it on the 23rd level, the Lynel Killed me with a shock arrow LOL.. so I attempted it again, and beat it. I think the best way to actually beat all three Trials is Strategize. When I was on the 22nd Floor, i was working out how to beat the last and final level, the Trick is to not use your ancient arrows as Much, only with the levels with 1 Lynel. then save the others until the very last two levels. then use bomb arrows for the pigs on the last level.

if you guys didnt know, you can set your sheikah sensor to treasure chests and carry it into the trial of the sword. Golden hearts, stamina, and food effects will also carry over.

If you have 3 fairies, before you move in the rest room hold them and more will spawn got 4 more to spawn this way

UHFStation1 you can cook it for 7 heart potion or leave them as they are and will heal you with 5 hearts once you get hit and reach zero hearts ,so it’s basically like Miphas grace but weaker

Even having 20 heart containers as well as going in with 10 extra AND a 30 minute tier 3 defense buff, my run nearly ended several times but clutched up until the last room.. Down to one full recovery item and one fairy, I thought it was over vs. the last Lynel.. But I saw the tower with the guardian sentry, climbed up, took him out and took a minute to gather myself.. Came back to check how you finished it, and it was a huge sigh of relief to learn Ancient Arrows would actually 1-shot the Lynels... Had never tried it before as I thought they were considered a boss, but after seeing that, I felt like a boss myself and went and did the damn thing. Thanks a ton for such an awesome guide!

Finally got it done! Thank you kind sir for your assistance, you were a great help along the journey. I did the first trial blind and was honestly shocked that there were two other trials waiting. The second trial was quite easy, but the third trial was really nervewrecking. In the first part the 'Stal-' enemies die in 1 hit, but the fact that their heads bumble around adds a luck based factor. Parts 2 and 3 weren't so bad, pretty standard, but I misfired an ancient arrow and killed a black Moblin. Part 4 was quite intense because your ancient arrows have to count. In the end I had 6 full heals and all 3 fairies, so I did pretty good. But the item management adds such a thrill til the end, because you you think "If I miss that last Lynel I need every last weapon!" Such an amazing experience., again, thank you very much.

I got through the first and middle trials, but could not finish the final trials... so I started playing in Master Mode and did everything in the game, beat the entire game, (except for sword trials), and still couldn't beat the final trials. On the final trials I would do so good on every level... EXEPT for the last level, so I died on the last level, And I wasted an hour and a half of my life on this stupid side quest. But seeing this video and how he easily beats the last level just amazes me. I would've never thought about a meteor rod to fly.

You can just use the thunderblade to disarm them, dont need to use shock arrows, and just use the frost blade to take out the fire elemental enemies.

True, but it is quite a bit less risky to use elemental arrows from a distance instead, as there's less risk of the enemy getting in a hit on you before you're able to hit them. It's usually not an issue either way though. Arrows are definitely the way to go tho when it comes to the Taluses and Wizzrobes. Regular enemies you should be able to easily run up and get an elemental weapon strike in before they can do anything.

Remember that hearty foods like a hearty radish will give you a full recovery when cooked, and, the floor 11 (i think) in the crate that he said has nothing in it, has some reg arrows and in one of the cold level ice blocks, have 5 bomb arrows after melting the ice that has in one of the cold floors. Just remember, you may want to use the metior rod to melt it faster since the cold resistance time is ticking. Also, during the beginning trials, I cooked bundles of wood to make dubious food which gives a quarter of a heart, which actually, if I would have not been able to beat the beginning trials without those quarter hearts! But, all in all, this guide is soooo helpful, thank you for making this video, it has helped greatly!!!

Also, if you melt the ice thingy in the single blue lynel floor, there's a chest with 5 bomb arrows! Bomb arrows can be used on the flying guardians' propellers in order for them to fall from the sky which you can then have easier access to kill them but, you're right, an ancient arrow to the eye is the best method for killing them. And, if you have a three or five shot -- and, probably a duplex bow, too (?) -- you don't need to worry about hitting them in the eye: just hit them on their body (instead of the propellers and eyes), & then, you have a one shot kill 90 (maybe 99.000) % of the time!(;--- Again, thankyou so so sooo much for your video!!! I just used the ancient arrow on the single blue-maned lynel, and your tutorial is flawless!

I just died at lvl 22 after playing for about four hours. Oh well I'll try tomorrow. Pretty sad though :\ I used the ancient arrow at the flying guardian but it didn't kill him, I guess I didn't shoot him directly in the eye I think because the first one I got in one shot but not this one.

I know this is super old now but I want to thank you soooo much! I'd been stuck on the master sword final trials for days, I was reay struggling to get past the bloody lynel, I hadn't even considered stasis or ancient arrows whatsoever!!! I tried it your way, the whole way through and beat it on my first try and still had all my hearts by the end!!! I am gobsmacked how easy you made it for me. Thank you so much!! Now I can continue on with the game, find the final korok seeds and finally 100% complete this game! Then on to master difficulty..hahaha...

There's a buried chest to the left of the skull on floor 2 with a Royal Guard's sword in it, but it's not like it's really necessary. EDIT: Oh, there's also a rusty claymore on the rock pillar across the lava on floor 7 that you can polish with the rock octorock.

I know this is 3 years old but thank you. I now play the game better thanks to this lol. It was also very helpful in finishing the trials. The parts where the Moblins are on horses, I just get up on the small ruins. They never attack you. I just jump down and do slow mo shots from there.

This video was a live saver. I died in my first attempt because in the last level I went for the Guardian first and the Lynel's fire arrows reached me on the tower. I was so frustrated because I made it barely alive to the last level to die in such a stupid way. Back on the ice levels, I had a 15 minute cold resistance, which gave me enough time to kill the blue Lynel. Yet I ate something else which gave me speed boost for two minutes and I didn't know its effect would cancel the cold resistance. So I switched between fire rod and other weapons to keep a balance between inflicting damage to the Lynel and not dying of hypothermia. At the end I made it out with just half a heart, just to later die in the last level. It was in this video that I discovered that Lynel's can be easily killed with ancient arrows. Thanks a lot!

What I did was before I went into the final trial, I cooked some food to get 20 yellow hearts (5 durian) and then I made something that gave me 30 minutes of 3 up attacks (4 mighty bananas and 1 thing of monster extract). Made life easier but I did lose the hearts. Whenever u get to a break room, first before u move a step, unequip everything u have on u and crouch, and walk as slow as u can to the fairies, Ik it’s annoying of how slow u walk but it’s worth it, u want all the fairies. Then, anything hearty u find (one of the break rooms there r hearty truffles and another there r hearty bass) cook every hearty thing by itself, because when u cook one hearty thing it gives u a full recovery (so in the room with hearty truffle u will get 2 full recoveries because there r 2 hearty truffle, same with the room with hearty bass) then of course open the chests and equip the armor. And for the 2nd section (the one after the first break room) it’s all lava, and in previous rooms u will get some ice weapons, and when u use an ice weapon on a lizalfo in a fire area, it’s a 1 hit kill. And same thing with the snow areas of the trial, but the snow lizalfos r one hit kills with fire weapons. And when u get guardian arrows, don’t use them on anything but the 2 lynal a because it makes like easier, though u will get about 9 if u find the 2 hidden chests and the one in the break area, so make sure u have 1 for the first lynal, and at least 3 for the one in the last room because there is a ton going on and u might miss. And if u want to use them on the guardians, only use it on the flying ones and only when ur going slow motion in the air, actually I recommend using it on them. Whenever ur done killing all the monsters in each room, make sure to search everywhere just incase there is a hidden chest, and for the ice areas, melt all the ice cause there is almost always, if not, always a chest in one of them in each room, that’s where one of the guardian arrows r. Save ur fire weapon for the snow area cause, A- it’s a 1 hit kill for the lizalfos, and B- if u didn’t make cold resistant food, it will keep u from dying. That’s about it. Good luck.

I finally got around to playing this great game, and your guide was immensely helpful! I was dreading this, but you helped me get to the finish line, and now I can enjoy the rest of the game being a little OP. The guardian floor after the last break-room almost K.O.'d me - I burned every fairy I had. Luckily, everything else went fairly smooth. That last floor...the meteor rod trick came in handy; thank goodness the first ancient arrow found its home on the Lynel, and I was able to use the bomb arrows on the bokoblins liberally. I could never do it with only 3 hearts like you did, but your video was a big help. Pro tip if you suck like I do, cook 1 piece of wood at a time for a meal that restores 1/4 heart. Cook the hearty truffles by themselves for a full life + 1, same for the the fish for a full life +2. Hold the fairies if you have too many and then you can grab them all (at one point I had 5 or 6). This guide for the final trial is probably the best one. You explain each floor and how to go past in a safe and easy way. I actually follow your guide and done the final trial first time. I did have a bit of hard time on floor 22 because i miss collecting 3x ancient arrow so I’m limited on resources. When i on the last floor, I only have one arrow left and that was use on the lynel. The rest i just have to do it the legit way lol.

This video is the only reason I made it to the end of the final trials. 1 thing I would suggest to anyone else watching this though: on the 10th floor, I found it a lot easier to deal with the moblins by shooting them with shock arrows, causing them to drop their weapons. I then stole their weapons. It also helps a lot that you can apply a buff to yourself before starting the trial, and the buff will still be there. So I had a half hour buff when I started which was a high defense up.

You are actually allowed to have a LOT more than 3 Fairies. You can simply hold whatever Fairies you have in your hand to decrease your bagged Fairy total to 2 or less and whatever Fairies that are present will spawn. You can actually collect up to 11 Fairies in your bag during normal play with this method. If you make it to the 3rd rest stop and still have all 3 of your earlier Fairies, simply hold them in your hands and after a few seconds the 3 fairies at the last rest stop will spawn, for a grand total of 6. Simply put the ones in your hands back in your bag and go collect the 3 that spawned. Yay.

I know I’m late to the game I bought the switch and I bought Zelda right after they both came out. Brought them home put them in a drawer and didn’t touch them for almost 2 years. I got a job and all I did was work and couldn’t play. Anyways I got all the way to the third trial after completing most of the game and was pulling my hair out like what the fuck. So I went to sleep last night watching your guide and you saying exactly what I thought everything is just created to intimidate and it’s easier than a person thinks. So today for the last four or five hours I’ve been playing along with you taking bathroom breaks just totally relaxed nothing tense and you helped me a lot. I ended with three fairies and most all of my equipment like 60 or more arrows one shock arrow 20 bomb arrows I never used the bomb arrows once and five ancient arrows. I lost little to no hearts pretty much the entire time I mean I was taking my time I was super zen so I had a shit load of food plates and now that I look at it I was really conserving everything just in case and all of my collection was really for nothing LMFAO it was just back up. Dude!, this tutorial -- &, the other ones he made for the beginning and middle trials -- is the BEST on the internet!! Following his advice I beat the 2nd and 3rd trials first try!! The only thing he neglected was that you can eat wood (cook it up one piece at a time for a 1/4 ♡ each; &, that in one of the ice thingys you can melt have a chest with bomb arrows in them, which I found very VERY useful to kill the bokos in one of the last (maybe, last) levels in the final trials!! I finally completed the final trials 5 mins ago... I started and stopped the trials for around 2 and a half years...came across this video on my recommended booted the ol switch oled up and gave a crack at it using ur tips...i am now one with my master sword...and the reward is worth it...my current save has 40,000 rupees 6 hylian shields 6 2nd tier attack buff hylian longswords 4 lynel crushers one with an attack buff (sweet) ancient cycle all dlc armor sets found and 999 of each arrow including ancient...i also found a secret ive never seen in a video before in the north west part of ritos region by the maps edge...wont reveal the secret but ill give yall a clue...nice guide man 👍

I bought Breath of the Wild and my switch at the end of 2019 (not knowing we were about to go into lockdown a few months later)! I then bought the DLCs during the pandemic. Did the beginning and middle trials during 2020, then completely could not do the final trials so I just avoided it. But went back today and beat it on the first try with your guide!! Yay! Thought I almost failed during the stage with all stationary guardians because I ended up using a few ancient arrows but I saved myself in the next room by using the bomb arrow strategy on the rotors of the Guardian Skywatcher. So phew 😅 also using ancient arrows on the two Lynels- perfect. Not worth the gear at all to fight them!

I played this game for almost 200 h. I have beaten all the Divine beasts I've gotten the motorcycle spent a significant amount of time just trying to go places in the world I haven't been trying to find shrines and I have no idea this whole time that I could use stasis on enemies until I watch this video LOL. I have beaten so many Lionel's and so many Hinoxes or whatever they're called without using stasis. Watching you freeze one with stasis and then shoot him in the eye was revolutionary.

Thank you SO MUCh for this guide! When I got to the last level I didn't have fire rod, so I tried to start it by burning wood - which was quickly run over by the enemies... Luckily for me the guardians lasers started not only fires, but killed of the bokoblins! I still can't believe that I actually beat the final trial!!! :D

I quickly ran towards the guardian turret, climbed up, and dispatched that first, then it wasn't a big deal to bullet time the rest of the enemies.

Dude thanks for your guide. It was very helpful to get all 9 ancient arrows, altho me being me I hammed things up royally on the stage with all the stationary guardians. Lost 4 fairies and had none left, so did the remaining stages without any. And I forgot about the fire rod updraft thing so didn't use that on the final stage, but stasis and then an ancient arrow when he was released made things work out anyway. I have never been more stressed out in my life playing a video game lol. And I sl1'd the souls games...

Tip about fairies: Cook one of the fairies in breakroom 2 into a Fairy Tonic so you only have 2 in your inventory when entering the 3rd breakroom. Then 3 fairies will appear, giving you 5 :) (+ that tonic) I should have taken your advice on the stationary guardians, I was usually pretty good at parrying them but of course not in the trials lol! Up until that point I had hardly taken any damage, then all of a sudden I ate about half of my food in that room. I finished up mostly doing the shoot the eye, hack them up technique.

Does that work though? I know in the normal part of the game you can do that, but aren't you too close already for that to work in the finals? I wasn't sure so I didn't want to risk it. Did you get this to work in the finals? (I run around with 11 Fairies at all times in the normal mode lol)

DigitalHaze65536 actually before entering hold your fairies in your hand. That way the fairies will still show up and you can actually hold 5-6 fairies this way. When you hold them in your hand they don’t register as you having them so then you can continue to pick the others up. Once you hold the fairies you have the other three will reappear.. Edit: oops I didn’t read the other comments lol ya it works guys

You can just hold them in your hand and they will spawn. Yes, it works regardless of where you are standing and yes it works in the final rest area. You could be standing right on top of where they spawn and they will still spawn, although you probably don't want to do that as they will probably run away.

I died in the last room on master mode because I didn't have ancient arrows... The last Lionel is really requires you to have an ancient arrow.

when i reached the two final floors on my second attempt (it was my successful attempt) i just started using the ancient arrow on all the gaurdians and the lynel. i had eight ancient arrows at the time (because i used one on the lynel at the end of the ice part of the trial), so i used one ancient arrows on all three gaurdians on the secondnd final floor and 1 on the lynel and the gaurdian turret on the final floor. if anybody has a hard time beating the final floors then i hope this helps you out.

Spent 5 yrs in the joint so I'm a bit late to this party. Didja know that in the fire room that has the ancient arrows, the chest sits on a much larger chest. If your Magnesis locks onto that and you pull on it, the chest disappears under the lava. Great walkthrough. It's insane how well you play!

For the Final Trials, the first few rooms are the most intimidating. The only room that ever killed me (not counting the sheer RNG of getting hit by lightning) was the Stal-Bokoblins on horseback because they all notice you right off the bat and I had bad luck with climbing so I couldn't get away from them. The Stal-Hinox deals a ton of damage but he's easy to get in a Stasis loop so you should basically never get hit. Also, in one of the snowy rooms you should have gotten a Blizzard Rod. That thing is your best friend in the final room for speedrunning purposes - it'll take out all the horseback Bokoblins at once if you draw them in and then Charge Attack them.

I got to the final room and was not prepared at all. I tried stasis on the lynel to kill it with an ancient arrow, however the bokoblins started to swarm me and the stasis wore off. I tried to dodge them, but then the lynel charged at me and killed me with his weapon. I had one fairy so I survived. I then tried to kill the lynel with my third to last ancient arrow, however I missed and the lynel came straight at me and killed me. The thing that sucks about this trial was that it took me two hours to get to floor 23. So, hopefully I do better next time. This tutorial was helpful though!

Thank you for the meteor rod at the end. That was the only part that I needed a tip on. I think I died one time, but thats cause I was careless. This trial got much easier as time went on. The hardest to me was the first few stages.

I found the 2nd trial really difficult, I assumed this one would be impossible, but I had the same experience. It was at least the same difficulty wise, or maybe even easier. This helped a lot either way. Just sucks starting over if you die after 20+ levels compared to staring back after 5 or 6 . That's the challenge with this one, it seriously tests your resolve.

Also full hearts is the BEST way to beat this. Just a ton of hearts is key. If you cook a hearty truffle you can get full recorvery and a bonus heart. Trust me it is VEEEEEERRRRYYYY useful. More effective than useing trees

For parrying, just keep your shield out, and as soon as you see their blue laser push the "A" button to parry it back.
