Such amazing coaching! Swing plane is a great thing to work on. I used to pull the ball behind me and I spent a lot of time fixing it. Lots of recording and analyzing my swing. Was hard at first, but like coach said, in about 20 mins it felt good. Something that 'feels' easy and natural may actually not be easy and natural for your body to do. Top-notch advice from Coach Tyrel! And at 8:43, I totally forgot about that video! 'Here is ze earth, round!'

Cool video Simoo! I will definitely incorporate some of these adjustments into my next practice session. This sport is about continuous improvement. Thanks for sharing your coaching session.

Work on that mobility. Stretching every day, multiple times a day. I spend about 3 total hours a day stretching. That is on top of weight training. It is always amazing to me how many bowlers are in terrible shape. They buy all of the equipment, get the coaching, yet neglect the body. That is like building a house without a foundation and then wondering why it is falling down.

Absolutely awesome. I have been working with a youth bowler on this exact issue. I will be trying this at our next bowling session. Thank you!

Watching this video is amazing for me. I am having the EXACT same problem right now since gaining weight during and post Covid. I am going to try to apply the same fixes that Coach Tyrel suggested and hopefully I can correct my swing issue also. Thanks for the great content!😊

i feel like he should push the ball more to left in the start of the push away usually that corrects the direction of the swing and using the swing trainer from elliens bowling buddies will help with feedback that he can feel immediately

I am currently trying to get away from my crank and grip n rip style that is current so I am trying to go back to 2016 when I had a good free swing and used my legs instead of muscle. I am working on doing small left step , take my second step get ball out and down , step 3 is ball up in back swing and while I start my slide I hesitate for a spilt second and let the ball drop and hit it a little bit on the release and when my foot stops the ball is released.

Agree! Can we get a Jimoo being coached video again? :)
@donovannsanders81873 ай бұрын
I also agree however, one thing I learned as a 2 hander is the ability to process the info as best for 2 handers, because most of his major issues that was being worked on can translate for us as well, you just have to make certain changes since we use 2 hands.

so frustrated with my game. i've got everything covered. balls. form and equipment. literally have 400-500rpms + 15mph at the breakpoint. what i really need is a go-to guide to acquire the abilitiy to adapt to the lanes. is there even such a thing as the best lines to tackle a particular oiling pattern. probably, i have the "treasure or trash" syndrome. being too robotic and lack the ability to read because i have autism and an inability to spend more time on the lanes as i only play once a week.

all things considered I'm interested in what this guy is averaging now. There's no bad advise here, but if this guy is averaging under 200 right now there is more then swing plane going wrong here. 1. get your spares. Your spares should be "given".....all of them. 2. keep the ball in play, no splits. 3. Repeat shots = string strikes. You can have as many clean games as you want but if you cannot learn to string strikes you will never get over 200.

Here’s a tip to become a 200 bowler. Get more strikes and spares. You’re welcome!🤪

Consistency he said his ball is going out more. Meaning he isn't consistently hitting his spot. The mechanics of bowling are simple get better at them or be less consistent.

@@andrewbrakey6214it looked to me that they were mostly working on straightening out his swing and correcting his timing towards the end of the swing.
