Please make a video on how to be a permanent employee after working on a contract at sponsor.

sure I'll make a video on this. To give you a short and sweet answer in the meantime: what you do is get hired as a contractor if that's all you can get. Work as that contractor for 6-12 months. Then start applying again to sponsors in similar indications that you are already in. Those new sponsors will then hire you as a permanent employee because you have direct sponsor experience in a related field of medicine.
