I'm from a country in Africa, I'm jus wondering why so many black professionals wear weaves instead of just having they're natural curls?

It's all about the social norms, immatate the dominate ethnic group in America. To be fair alot of black girls have natural long hair. In order to understand the black women you need to understand us history culture and other aspects of sociology. As a black man I'm done with black woman. As a black man I get more love and commitment from other enthicity. Not racist but there's a lot to deal since blacks don't have a true culture here in the states. I always tried to find a woman like my grandmother strong and independent but still held the natural values of womanhood and being nuturing. Hard to find in this generation. All the black women I dated tried to control me and didn't have shit to offer but sexual favors. I have black pride but there's alot we need to fix in our community. Maybe I'll go to Africa and get a real queen. Do Africans hate blacks spread through the globe due to the slave trade. Mostly speaking about the U.S and Brasil. (Brasil is spelled correctly)!
