Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!

Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. I learned from my last year's experience, I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time.

Exactly. That's my major concern and what kind of investment can someone make with the current worsening economic situation.

Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.

Warren Buffet's quote applies to stocks AND real estate. "It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price" Same thing as what Grant Cardone is saying.

This is a good discussion between these two. Not really an interview. I know nothing about real estate but I enjoy watching this and learning.

Amen! To Grant bringing up the hard shit , asking the hard questions, and taking on the world crap as it is in our faces that no one will talk about due to the threat of not being PC. We need more good powerful men to stand up for what's right.

I was an unexperienced stock trader and i lost over $30K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I find one source to recover my money, at least $5k profits weekly. Thanks so much Mrs Georgia Robinson

I wouldn’t be worried about the interest rates, causing a housing crash. I would be worried about the $35 trillion in debt, 20% actual inflation, and more and more taxation being put in place such that people can’t afford shit anymore. Way less people buying leads to housing prices going down. Unless of course, Berkshire Hathaway and Blackrock are just gonna come in and buy everything in which case, no one‘s gonna own anything anyway and will just be renters.

Sustainability!! - those that did buy, won't realize it was a bad decision until down the road. - the average American ($47,000 a year) cannot afford current price homes. - the economy is run by what the average American can afford. - the 6 figure and above earners, cannot sustain the economy.
