7 is the best takeaway. I've spent many years wasting time. Something happened at Christmas this year and I decided I have wasted too much time. My diet and exercise philosophy is pretty spot on but career wise and emotionally not where I want it to be. Put some things into action and have already been offered growth in my company. My end goal is actually something my company can't offer but it is a fantastic business and will always wish it the best. As you say, nothing needs to change for me to win.
