I’m 16 around 155 pounds, I wake up at 4 am to go to the gym and do boxing training in the afternoon. My whole life I’ve wanted to be a fighter (boxing or mma) I never give up and I won’t till I become the best, look for the name blue might (or hurricane) in 10 years. For all of those with the same goal hope we fight in the ring some day 😁

I agree, though not with football, basketball is more helpful, if you are point guard and work on dribbling and intricacy of passing and movement. If you can control every part of you body in basketball, the in boxing, inside fighting ability will increase. If your an outside boxer, a sport like football at be easier though.
@dotcom601
@dotcom601 3 жыл бұрын
Kane -Sports link to one another due to the skills you pick up, certain sports increasing certain skills more than others. Football and basketball works on foot work and control, needed for a good boxer. Practicing foot work ONLY with boxing is harder, much harder. Think more logically and in-depth, it will go a long way.

Hello Coach Bradley I'm 19 years old and have been boxing on and off for the past three years due to constant moving between different cities. A few months ago i was diagnosed with a brain deformity and had to undergo brain decompression surgery. I have been getting constant checkups with doctors to make sure that everything is healing properly. My doctors have given me permission to return to sparring as soon as i'm fully recovered however they did mention that i would be at higher risk of injury than your everyday boxer. If i did decide to return to the ring would my past medical issues prohibit me from competing in amateurs or even the professional rankings. And if you were in my position and really loved the sport would you compete knowing that you're at higher risk than everyone else? Thank you and God bless

Best of luck, work harder than the best [layers on your football team and stay coachable. That's not a sound bite. It'll take a team to help you understand the difference between fighting and being in the sport of Boxing with many rules you must learn. t's more than throwing punches and skills. You literally have to learn a dictionary of terms and vocabulary. It's No different than going to school to become a DOCTOR. That's what most won't tell you before beginning. Best of luck.

It takes a long time to make money in boxing. There’s so much outsiders don’t know about our sport. If your decision is based upon money, My advice you should find a skill and create your own hustle. Find something you are good at, then start building customers. If you love boxing and have a freakish ability, it’s your purgative to follow your dreams. It simply sounds like this isn’t a dream, but more of a reach for cash. This is 2021 1/2, there are more ways to feed your kids champ. Best of luck. 🙏

I'm 38 and homeless. Had a life of mental hospitals and jail when I was younger. I was abused as a child. Boxing gives me something to occupy my time and makes me feel confident. I don't care that I am older, I am learning and am healthier than I ever was. Right now I pray to God I can find a team. I emailed Mayweather years ago when I wasn't ready. I want the Mayweather's in my corner and if I can be competitive, I want Al Hamen. I see myself as being successful and being a champion. I don't really think I could have worked so hard as a young man. If I could do something else I might try, but I was meant to be a boxer. I think I will be a champion and keep going at an old age. I will inspire people. I hope to be without question the best boxer there ever was.

I have not given up when people told me I was too old or would get hurt. My failures gave me things to work on. I am still gaining momentum and I haven't reached my prime yet. If you hear me Flyod Mayweather, thank you for your example. I study your moves and training. I am not build like you but I have advantages in my own way. I'm tall, I am tough, and my relatives on my Mom's side were athletes. It's in my blood. I live to learn. When I get it figured out, I hope to meet Flyod Mayweather.

I've been in wrestling, judo, and jujitsu in all my life and only about 2-3 months of boxing, but I'm still looking forward to be coming a pro boxer. I do all my conditioning by myself and honestly haven't been boxing in awhile because I dont have a local boxing gym, so all in all I know a little about boxing and I have good conditioning that's all.

Clark definitely bro find a gym if you've been grappling get your hands together build on it and do mma too. I started late but I've won 2 ammy titles boxing(one being a Golden Glove Title. And I'm undefeated a few unsanctioned kickboxing bouts.Etc. I'll be competing in my first Mma bout in march. I wish i wouldve took grappling or any other arts seriously when i was younger but all good. With God, determination, and of course talent, ability and phsically able you can do anything bro. Go for that shit. Btw. Im 26.

You absolutely can, if you are good enough. You have to give 100% though. That means not just working harder but working smarter. Boxing is a full time job you must be training and then resting not training then working.

HT Pranks All you'll need to do to become an amateur boxer, is to go out to USABOXING.COM and fill out a boxer athlete form and pay the fees. This will give you the green light to start boxing inside of a boxing gym. Just a footnote, you can't learn boxing at home, everything you learn there, you'll have to unlearn and be taught the proper way with a coach accompanying you. Let us know how your journey goes . Good stuff👍🏼

Saif Bastaki There was a Fighter for Great Britain in the 2004 Olympics who was the only one fighting for an entire country. You can be the first as well. My family was a part of that year of Global competition. The individual who I’m speaking who competed did his country well by going up against the greatest Olympic Boxer who had won gold metals in each of his visits to the Olympics. The young man didn’t win the Gold, but he learned from one of the greatest Olympic fighters to have ever laced them up. The Boxer who I’m speaking of who fought for his country all alone, was Amir Kahn. He won the Silver that year, but was the only British Boxer in the entire competition. So never allow fear to come into the equation, go for your Olympic dreams, even if you’re the only person in your country to strive for greatness young man. Best of luck and be blessed 🙏🏾 #MasterBoxingAcademy
