Bhai, so stronly agree with you. Today's AC gym based exercise are so isolation based in both muscle groups and comfort (handles, rubber handles etc) that they are far removed from real life strength. Jai Shri Ram! Jai Bajrang Bali!

All I'm saying is long term risk of injuries is more in weights and ofcourse if people like you are so obsessed then iska koi ilaaj nahi hai. Bodyweight me same results mil sakta hai and even better. I have seen people doing bodyweight lifting way heavier and the weightlifters can't even do one muscle up. So there it is.. tu chill maar ke gym Jaa bhai 😂

You are very right. Strengthening your body by putting it to actual work is more effective rather than exercising it with specially made equipment which only shows muscles but without much power. This continuity of days months and years without shortcuts like AC, eccentric and isolation machines, bench and protein/ steroids and just total faith and trust in our ancient systems is purely spiritual. What you have got to do with his extent and methods of praying to God ? Still for your understanding I will elaborate. Great advices Mr. You made me laugh out loud with your lifting equipment clip ahahaha! I always thought the same thing: what's the point of lifting a weight you can't lift without using equipment? To show off and pretend to be strong lying to yourself?

Bro i am an ex wrestler from Maharashtra i have done akhada kushti.. it is just God level But calling the gym body a body of show with no power is just dumb. A person who has decent physique squats 250 300kgs deadlifts 200 kgs and bench press 100kgs it's decently strong and Coffee, pre workouts, whey protein are not Bad for health. Whey is made from milk and not from steroids. It's highly misleading for the people who are starting to workout. And moreover lifting barbell is way safe than lifting stones

If you can't do even 1 pushup then do half pushup or do pushups on your knees. You just have to train with stones once in 1 or 2 weeks. So you can make a trip to nearest open place & find a stone or just buy a good sack fill it with small stones or sand & lift it!! 🙏

Thank you. I don't understand how high-volume squatting without the additional weight can increase strength and build bigger legs if, for example, I can easily squt 100-200 reps per 1 set with my own body weight 70 kg? Yes, if your natural body weight 100-140 kg this may have sense. Looks like this can only increase stamina but not make your legs stronger and bigger, at least this is what says science. Mb I something misunderstand?
@AniruddhaStrength

No for lifting strength i have added heavy stones at the end, high rep squat are for stamina & strength for the sport of wrestling as they have to build strength for same bodyweight of them🙏

Arthritis happens mostly because of genetics, old age, being overweight & wear & tear too. But mostly because of old age & genetics. In old age joints are going to wear down, its not just because of workouts. But working out & building muscles will help for movement. It's advisable to perform squat even for arthritic patients.🙏

0:38 absolute facts. I go to the gym, but it’s a rather rural one that lacks all the comforts of a professional one. I refuse to use belt and straps, and each and every time I pick the roughest and rustiest dumbbells and bars to train. Comfort is counterproductive for this kind of activities
