I don't understand how high-volume squatting without the additional weight can increase strength and build bigger legs if, for example, I can easily squt 100-200 reps per 1 set with my own body weight 70 kg? Yes, if your natural body weight 100-140 kg this may have sense. Looks like this can only increase stamina but not make your legs stronger and bigger, at least this is what says science. Mb I something misunderstand?

Bhai your tips are valuable but it was said that Gamma suffered from extreme arthritis, do you think that was due to wear and tear from kushti? Or could it have been that he pushed beyond his limits?

Excellent question

Arthritis happens mostly because of genetics, old age, being overweight & wear & tear too. But mostly because of old age & genetics. In old age joints are going to wear down, its not just because of workouts. But working out & building muscles will help for movement. It's advisable to perform squat even for arthritic patients.🙏

Because he was non vegetarian. He used to eat 6 chickens a day. Excess uric acid due to animal protein forms get accumulated in joints which causes arthritis.

@@TM4_24_7 bro thats bullshit uric acid only increases if you don't drink enough water, it can also happen with high protein vegan food like soya chunks... Don't spread bullshit from next time son

0:38 absolute facts. I go to the gym, but it’s a rather rural one that lacks all the comforts of a professional one. I refuse to use belt and straps, and each and every time I pick the roughest and rustiest dumbbells and bars to train. Comfort is counterproductive for this kind of activities
