Focus on nose breathing and/or belly breathing while lifting and cardio.. positives of nose breathing are so beneficial for athletes and people in general. Just a thought!

Great video Terron very helpful content. I've actually been training in the strength realm as of late. But I also want to be mobile and have agilibilty while still maintaining my size gains I have put on so some of the mobility work in the beginning was great and that cardio towards the end with the backwards walking.

Is a 9 foot 6 inch standing long jump good or bad? Is a 4.5 shuttle good or bad? I been working on my power cleans lately got my shit to 275 recently. Idk man I just need to get my max speed and vert like yours. My vert last I checked was 30 inches I think it’s gone up like an inch or 2 but I need like 7 inches more to be solid. I’m like the same height as you 5’11 210 I’m not doing something right man I been at this working out shit for years too.

Hey man I went to two cfl tryouts man two guys I used to ball with at community college got pulled up dude I know you can make it. There’s another one in Vegas coming up may 13th. I know if I had your speed I fasho been in that bitch. I do well in my 1 on 1’s you but my 40 time is trash it’s a 4.8. My other numbers on the shuttle and the standing long jump and vertical are better tho and good numbers. I think at this next one I’m gona not even do the 40 and let them assess my game in the 1 on 1’s but I’ll fasho be doing these excercises you doing. Cuz I got that on may 13th and I’m a go for g league in September and overseas basketball in summer and then I’m gona call it quits man give it my all and have no regrets.
