I was skeptical before. But i persisted in imagination. Many different scenes implying my end. I did walk the bridge. It's a process. Trust. Persist. Your self will guide you. I'll be honest, many times before, i forced the sabbath etc. But continue on. The ending is freedom.

I am persisting in my imagination that i have got full scholarship to study in Canada though my dad cant afford to send me there. I am removing that belief that my finances will hold me back to apply for Canada. Call me crazy but before 2025 I'll be in canada. I'll celebrate my 25th birthday there.❤

Use the “I remember when” technique.

You could make your scene shorter. Scene doesn’t have to be long, it can be only few seconds long. If you imagine something for let’s say only 7 seconds, then during that short time you probably won’t have thoughts about circumstances.

Day dreaming with feeling, feel that you have what you desire. If it's a person feel that warm embrace and it's emotion. If it's a thing feel that you hold, touch or smell it. Do it as many times as needed until you have no doubt it's yours😊 I hope this helps you

How about if i force myself to believe it through action. For example, if you hate working out the only way is to force yourself to go to the gym. So, in my case, i'm a passive, 'nice guy' (which i came to understand is a way to manipulate people which stems from me trying to escape from being beat up by bullies and emotional bullying from my mother) My question to you is, isn't the only way out of this scenario to join a boxing gym and in 6 months act more like a bad boy? to force myself to look people in the eye, to be more aggressive, to stand my ground, to say 'no i'm not going for pizza, i'm going for burgers' as an example. All i know is that, i can't continue to live like this anymore. something inside of me is like fighting to come out and i'm f/k scared!

What is the desire? If the desire is going to the gym, then imagine yourself happily being at the gym. Then the hate will be replaced by motivation. Or, ask what the true desire is. I bet the true desire is to become fit. Imagine yourself fit and happy, and then something will happen to lead you there. Maybe a personal trainer matches with you on a dating app and then you are very motivated to go. Maybe you don't even need the gym because something else happens. Forcing yourself doesn't really work in the long run because the identity doesn't change

I would recommend imagining yourself as a totally new version of you. Imagine yourself feeling confident, safe and secure - in yourself and in your world. Imagine people treating you with ultimate respect and loving kindness. Imagine that you are already this new version of yourself and play in your imagination with this. What would it feel like if you were him now? What would you be doing? How would you be feeling? What would a day in your new life look like? How would people be treating you? How would people see you? Etc… To me it sounds like you wish to feel safe. So, create a version of you who is totally safe and secure and play around with it. Whatever that would look like to you. Use as much of your senses as you can, vividly. Create this new world of yours and give it to yourself now, in imagination.

@@hedyeherfani5729 The desire is power. I didn't have any power when I was graped by my nanny at 6 years of age, or when i was bullied by my teacher at 10 or school kids at 15. The desire is to .... i'll stop there. I'm sick and tired of being the punching bag. My last employer called me 'you're so passive' should've seen that as a sign, then the bullying got worse. so much so that even an interview now gives me panic attacks. Let alone going back to work again. I can't do this anymore, either i become a monster like jordan peterson said or i'm thoroughly going to go into a full breakdown one of these days.

@@neoreign You can do it! No forcing the 3D to truly change and create a new, beautiful life and self. It’s all done first in imagination. Don’t give up! I’ve been imagining similar, in terms of being a new version of me and feeling safe is one big thing I found at the core of all these other desires I’ve had. The 3D has started conforming significantly in some areas. You got this! ❤️
