Question: Hey what's up G.E? I've been training for a while now and I love the way you all break down these lifts. I know this isn't a "bodybuilding" channel. However, I would love to see a nutrition based video to help with strength, if that's even a thing... lol. BTW, with all the strength videos on KZbin you are all jacked! A lot of people are nervous to get into strength because most of the strength based videos are people who aren't "fit" (I'm trying to be nice, lol). Thanks for all the great knowledge. Keep it up!

Thanks for the tips, definitely need to revisit my leg drive technique.
