There is a difference between FINE and THIN. Her hair appears fine. Not thin. I don't see much scalp skin. There needs to be a definition between the two terms because it's confusing the issue.

I have thin fine hair & for me when I blow dry it works best to leave it a little damp & that helps a little to 'set' it. The less I mess with my hair the better it looks.

Here’s something I do on clients... Overdirect the hair when blow drying and let it cool in that position, give a light spray of hairspray. So if you part on the right then blow dry the top section to the left, cool then position Also Dry shampoo- When the hair is still damp, after I’ve put all my products in, I use several sprays of dry shampoo, in sections, on the crown and top area. It gives a bit of texture to lift the hair and when using it wet you don’t get the dry residue when using it on second or third day hair (However, I love dry shampoo) Lastly, teasing. A tiny amount of teasing in certain areas gives lasting lift and hold. I tease about 1 inch from the scalp. Spray with hairspray and flat iron that teased area, I’m telling you it makes all the difference 😇 and will last several days Hope these help!! ❤️🙏🏻🌈

Excellent blow-dry & style for challenging hair types. Unless you have fine, thin and slick hair -- you have no idea how hard it is to deal with. Too much product makes it look yucky and it has a tendency to fall flat immediately.

I wouldnt let anyone use a hot blowdryer on my hair mm away from it. That hi heat damages the hair or burns it off. Might work for thick hair but not for thin. Just breaks hair off. There is an actress on tv. U can see where her hair has been fried from repeated blowdryer up against her hair, whilst it is styled on a round brush. Its frizzy all the way up her hair.

Fine hair can't take much product on it directly, and still work. I personally can't use aerosol, It just blows my hair away and defeats the purpose. I use a pump sprayer.
