I just purchased your hair dryer (got it yesterday) and didn’t receive the 20% discount and the handle won’t collapse. I’m sad because I was so looking forward to getting it - also how are there 3 Heat settings with different air speed settings since there’s only one adjustable switch? What am I missing? The defective handle is very disappointing because I subscribe and admire you and was relying on you for quality.

Didn't buy his blow dryer... It's weak, flimsy, and only "looks" cooler than my 2+yr old $30 blow-dryer, which is hilariously better in every way... Fyi, the website says they DON'T offer refunds... I wonder why🤔🤨😠
