4:45 This is my biggest issue. I have so much potential i feel like and I procrastinate so much and it’s affecting my channel. I’m glad you mentioned this because I think this is one of the most important tips, is to literally just stop procrastinating and make the videos. So far, I’ve almost reached 2k subs, and I was at 500 at the beginning of 2024, but I would have had so much more if I was actually taking action. Thanks for this tip👍😎

What i find the most difficult about youtube is motivation. I make one or two videos and give it my all for editing the video and making the thumbnail and then i feel tired after its done. Recording a video is easy and it doesn't take that much time. I cant do voiceovers or facecam because im shy and not comfortable doing that. I did try once but just hearing the recording with my voice, i scrapped the entire video. But i try to do my best to make the video engaging without my voice with ai voice or just making videos that dont need voiceovers and just text. I am thinking about starting to edit for a friend that wants to start his own channel. I'd say im pretty good at editing and since i dont have to record the video its not as much work. I will start taking a cut from his earnings if he reaches 1k subs and starts earning. Until then ill do it for free.
