Hello from the French Alpes. We are in lock down due to the COVID19. As my family must stay home and I must work from home, I have started a little home school and guess what - you are our sports class. My 3 kids and I are learning from you and we are smiling doing it. Thank you so much for what you do. I will share this with the rest of the class and perhaps we can all do it and make a dance for you to enjoy. They don’t speak English but I can explain. Thank u once again.

Putting hands on the part of the body that’s not supposed to move always helped me. We did chest and hip isolation warm ups in jazz class and that’s the best thing I ever learned in 13 years of dance classes! I put my hands higher on my stomach and close my eyes. If I feel my hands moving then I know to correct.
