We in lockdown yeh. I needed a new challenge. Macrame it is then. Apparently as we learn something new, we open up new neural pathways ?. Smile. Got a bit of a road block...laughing., but your videos cleared the way. Thank you x

So wonderful that you are doing these amazing pieces of art, sharing them, filming, editing AND have a young baby!!! What a fantastic thing to teach your children, they will grow up learning to appreciate their own artistic abilities and not be square eyed iPad users! Very important tuition, good on you, and thank you so much for sharing ❤️💜❤️💜

That's an awesome design Emily. I think this video will be great to play along when I've got all l need and it's set up. It's nice to have clear instructions. Was one ball of the string enough for the whole piece? It looks like a lot of string! Olin was a adorable in your arms, his long curly reminds me of my two boys as little toddlers. I never cut their hair till they were 5 or 6 and asking, it was so hard!! 💚💛💙

The Freedom Project I used up the entire ball except a little extra piece. Thank you so much

How much rope did this use? Did it take more than one of the 5mm spools?
@fartpickles48265 жыл бұрын
I would like to know this as well. How many spools should a person buy to do this project?

It might help if you find some KZbin vids where they are teaching the basic knots as they do show them at a slower pace. Then when you have mastered the basic knots you will be able to follow the pattern and create the knots easily. Good luck! 😂🙏

Love your macarames! I’m going to try it out. But I have a quick question: how do you film when you are tying the knots. Is it a specific stand ?

I love the background (surface you show the macrame rope on) is that a form of macrame also?

Unfortunately Amazon seems to have run out of that particular cord & macrame cord in general. I searched the site for ages to find macrame cord & in every case the result came back currently unavailable. I gave up & bought some on eBay. 😂🙏🙏
