There's a little exercise that you can do that I usually recommend to people who suffer from anxiety. People don't realize that those emotions we feel are coming through our neurological system from our higher self they're trying to get us to change our thoughts because they don't agree with him that's why they make you feel icky. But a good way to establish that intimate relationship with the person that you talk to in your head and want to be able to be guided by step-by-step but yes the challenge is to keep the water's clear rather than mudding them up with fear in the what is in the what everybody talks about and what's on the news the secret is to keep the water's clear. So do a little exercise and write down on a piece of paper a whole list of negative things that would work you into an almost panic attack or at least lower your vibration a good bit and then have a page of positive things and after you read the first negative page and worked yourself down there a good ways then pick up the positive page and work your way back up the emotional scale and get happy again and then go back and pick up a third piece of paper that's got a bunch of negative stuff on it as well play this little game with yourself. And pay attention to those feelings and just how far you have to get into the negative momentum for you to feel the warning in your gut solar plex chest wherever yours comes in but play with that feeling make it happen on purpose positive and negative and then go back to the positive. Once you create that relationship you simply play Red Light Green Light and your higher self will guide you every step of the way. They are always trying to got this but people can't feel the guidance because of all the crap

Sonia, I’m not sure if you will get this. I am going through a difficult time with my confidence and marriage and for some reason your line “direct me, help me, and lead me to my highest good.” Resonated. I was only listening and I wanted to replay that line so I blindly scrolled the red time bar and was lead to that line exactly… it made me smile cause it was too perfect. Then I grabbed a notebook from my junk drawer and wrote the line down. I ripped the page out and behind it was a list written by my husband years before. It’s a list of things he wanted to tell me while I was gone in a military assignment. I didn’t know this even existed but it gave me something to hold on to. Thank you.

How do you pick your spirit guides? I have a friend who must pick her spirit guides and her gate keeper how does one do this? She must pick I suppose due to being adopted but she doesn't have them automatically. She needs to know what types of criteria to ask for in these types of team mate. The gate keeper one she picked was overwhelmed by entities & the other spirit guides couldn't reach her till all those entities got cleared out so it seems the aren't what she needs. Your spirit guides collaborate with your Spirit. You can call in certain types of helpers for specific things. Guides to help you buy a house find a new job heal a relationship. I named my guide Jack. En talked a lot to him. Once I was riding my bike and talked with jack and suddenly "Ishmael" as an image of the word appeared in my heartspace. I googled a lot and was hard to find. Germany has an angel database and I found Ishmael is responsible for awakening of men as in humans. Male and female.

I have found the need to go back to church every week to be with others and the higher power and to pray. The world is full of meaningless distractions atm. How do you reconcile your Christian upbringing with other gods and goddesses you mention. I like to meditate with sandscrit mantras but apparently that is wrong. Or is it.

I go to different religions too. I only take and do practices that resonate. If you think about it Sandscrit mantras and Gregorian chanting, for example, have the same vibrational characteristic to them and spritual aim. I like both too and i am mostly christian ( without all the prejudice some religions attach to it )
