My awakening occured in 2012 after a near death experience. That was a gradual shift into 4D. 2020 was a shift into 5D. I retired to the seaside and bought a woodland. I spend most of my life now restoring the forest. Wow! Everything are pushing forward. There is no contest who are fast learner or slow. Those who are at higher density/dimension are helping those who are in the lower frequency so that they themselves can evolve to the next. Everything is Evolving to the higher next. Here's I think a good analogy; When you graduated high school, would you enroll back to Grade school? Of course not. Your next step would be College, right? Just the same with spiritual Evolution. I started to reclaim my heart in 2019 when I felt a shift in the world from predominantly male energy to one of wholeness and integration. I decided after shifting out of my career in the hotel industry as a massage therapist and esthetician for 20 years that I wasn’t going to go out and pound the pavement for the next “job”. That I was going to try something new and allow my path to be revealed to me by tapping into my own heart and guidance system. I reclaimed my love for all things metaphysical and started reading tarot and opened my business, "The Hearts Calling." So helpful in evolving my intuition. As I gave myself permission to explore passions without "shoulding" myself, I discovered a hobby, I thought could only be a hobby, crocheting adorable and joyous stuffed animals. Hi Sonia, I'm new to you and your content. I feel many things on KZbin have been put there by my guides. I've recently taken a medical Intuitive course and now trying to figure out how to put that into practice and move forward. However , I also feel I I need to slow down because I've been feeling overwhelmed, like I'm missing something...but I'm tired of that feeling so I'm letting it go and trying not to feel pushed along. Just trying to trust and do things that make me happy as I go. I'm 43 i've been working as a pupil support assistant and I loved it once but since I lost my soulmate last year I am struggling to cope in the environment. Plus the job has changed and it's more demanding not paid well, no longer classroom based. I have decided it's making me more ill and preventing me to heal completely from cfs. One surprising thing that has been huge for me opening up the spirit world was making the decision to just slow life down. It started with having to slow down my driving to save money. I started noticing things I never saw before - the world is in such a hurry. Everyone seems so competitive and worried that they are losing something if they let people get in front of them - like a race to see who gets to stop at the light first 😊. Over time I adopted the attitude of letting people do what they want on the road - if that’s my brother/sister I won’t hinder them or compete with them. That’s ego that wants us to compete anyway. But the really cool thing that’s happened is I’ve started slowing down other aspects of my life. And again as a result I’ve started seeing things I’ve never noticed before - subtleties of life I call them. I’m coming to believe many of these are important entrees into the spirit world, and can help you stay open minded. We’ve all heard stop and smell the roses - there could be more there than we realize 🎉. I welcome any responses. Blessings.

I almost clicked off on this video, but that faint little whisper that I am used to told me to listen, and BAM! I got exactly what I needed to hear! I have ALWAYS had that faint, whisper inner voice tell me things and most of the time I listen, lately though, I have been listening every time and I have come to understand that that little faint whisper is my guides and higher self! I had no idea! I think that they brought me to your channel and specifically to this video because I have wanted to channel all my life, but it is really hard for me to meditate. I'm going back to school to study a field I've been drawn to since I was a child! I'm in my 50s now, I have a great job that I love, but this new adventure is for me and it's amazing. Thanks for the reminders / tips. I have been slowly changing from the beginning of 2023...and now while I recognize that I have guides and my main goal is to focus on vibrating in frequency of love, I find I can focus sometimes on that, then feel myself fall over and feel frustrated; also feel I'm struggling with meditating....feel like I understand intellectually the concepts, but putting all this into practice is like walking up a hill blindfolded...and not sure where I'm going.

🤯🤯🤯 thank you thank you thank you, For the Confirmation/explanation for what I have been living, perceiving, and deciphering. Using the difference in radio frequency is a vividly clear explanation. Thank you Sonia listened to my 6th sense 3 days ago Driving on dual carriage way 60 mph in rain my 6th sense said turn off I nearly ignored but again turn off a few minutes later the steering went on my car 😮 Fortunately I was driving in to a parking area in front of a shop , The same day a new car exactly in my budget came up I'd been looking for months the garage also bought my old car ❤ If I hadn't been listening to your videos I may have overiden my six sense So absolutely trust your vibe 😊💕🌟

I find that you describe things that really connect to my "Line of thinking" better than any other has so far. Wow! Ty so much!! I’ve been feeling so stuck but Spirit has been leading me to my love of alchemy and the beauty in the craft!! I’ve put it aside and was told for so long it’s bad.. not to do anything but the whole time it’s the key piece along with this spiritual awakening that I’ve been missing.. Lots of annoligies. Ive been phychic . I still am. I shut it down as a young child because it came with horrible depression. Well i heard a voise out of nowhere. It said your phychic......imbrace it. When voices come out of no where i pay attention. They are not always phychic but can be. I must sound nuts to someone who has never been phychic. I know its coming. Something huge. For 5 years now. Be careful what you think. I hear. Think good thought wholesom thoughts. I hear. Changes are happen faster now. Affirmations are coming faster so be extra careful. Am i loosing it.
