Had to share this lovely email from Joseph Hi Julian, I have watched all of your KZbin videos and recently I bought the 3 Videos to break 90. I went out today and played 9 holes using your methods and it was wonderful. 2nd hole Par 4 dog-leg right and you have to drive it about 250 or more to get a clean shot at the green as there is a tree in the way. I used a 6 Iron and played to a spot on the fairway that has an opening behind that tree and then hit a 5 Iron close to the green, chip up + 2 putt for a Bogie! On two other holes I teed up either far left or far right to avoid trouble and a line that suited my eye and it led to a Par and a bogie. Shot a 43 from the senior Tees as I am 73 now and it was a wonderful experience. Thanks for all you help. Joe Reeves, Debary, FL

I watched this today n went out an got 89 for first time after 10 years out of game. However that included 3 double bogeys n a triple. They came from bad tea shots. The rest was good

No 1 thing first was work back from the green. Think first that u have 2 putts then work from there. Also about thinking u shots without getting stressed. In my bad holes I had 3 penalties that didn’t help n a 3 put. My aim was get within 15 feet for me get my 2 puts. Worked well last nine.

When I was 18 I was off 12. Now I’m 55 n been 10 years out of the game. Came back because my 6 year old daughter wants to play. I’m aiming to do 80-85 again. At present I’m on 24.1 hcp. I keep watching u videos for sure

Hello Julian I have just discovered your channel and as a beginner in golf and i do mean beginner I am going to use your swing to play....One question is the grip you use just a normal golf grip

This is great for an easier course where everything is mostly flat and not much, if any, trouble in front of you, such as hazards, creeks, etc., where carry is very important. I play several courses in my area and distance is important along with accuracy. For instance, I play quite regularly Whitney Oaks GC in Rocklin, CA (USA) with a slope rating from the "Blues" is 130. (Example) The 5th hole is a 418 yard par 4 with a creek and lots of vegetation that needs a carry of 310 yards to clear all the vegetation, and is about 20 yards wide at that point. The terrain is anything but flat. Unless you hit a perfect (straight) tee shot down the left-center of the fairway, you may have difficulty even finding (seeing) the fairway on the other side of the hazard. Making 2 accurate shots is the only way to make sure you can get on in 3 shots. If you miss left, you're in a creek and vegetation, if right of the center of the fairway, the trees and hazard are definitely in play. Oh yeah..., the green is protected by 3 bunkers short and along the left of the green, if you barely miss to the right of the green, the ball rolls down into or near the vegetation. The keys are accuracy, play position, and work on your short game as well. Did I mention the greens have no resemblance to a pool table? Contoured and fast! I love playing this terrific and beautiful golf course near the edge of the Sierra. I'm 70 and a bogey (18 handicap), and have only parred this hole 2 or 3 times in many rounds. I also look try to play from the green backwards to positions I hope to be playing from. Did I mention I really enjoy most of your videos, and try to incorporate your easiest swing methods. Some of the videos have poor sound quality. I'm really glad that you now wear a mic helping us in hearing you better. Thank you for that.. You're the #1 set of golf lesson videos I watch on-line. The "easy" swing helps me play more relaxed and that helps my play...
