So for the high rep set(s) you recommend: 1x10 -> 3x10 Fourth week 3x9 -> 3x1 with the same weight 13th week, increase by 2% 1x10

I am just under 2 years in the gym. Is this advice too early for me to use? On the bench I only gain about 10 lbs every 2 months, and it feels like a plateau
@StrengthHacksCoaching10 ай бұрын
What’s your current max? For 2 years that’s potentially a pretty solid rate of gain tbh

Enjoy those gains while you can 😭

You're just at the phase where gains stop being linear, you don't really seem that close to a plateau yet
@priyanshub_260710 ай бұрын
a plateau is 0lbs increase in 2-3 months. you're making insane progress
